I you don't want to loose your time and money especially, please avoid this store. They made a lot of mistake when you order something in. When you raise a claim you never get nothing whereas the mistakes came from them. Bad experience for me and i regret painfully....

Somehow Berbiget.com got my name and address and has been giving it to customers telling them I’m the “Returns Dealer “. Over the past several months I have received countless area rugs that I did not order and do not want. I have contacted berbiget.com countless times and the only response I get is an email reply saying”wait a moment”. The only way to contact the company I’ve found is by email which I’m convinced is run by AI. I would strongly advise everyone to BOYCOTT this company!!

it's a fraud

Wish I could post a picture really no support on gums, dentures are a joke, do not waste your money. You would need crazy glue to make them hold, but if you had hot soup oups...

Ordered two domino trains. Both arrived in one non padded bag and appear to be used. BOTH ends of the boxes of both trains arrived open (tape has been cut) and smashed on all sides with plastic wrap missing from one train. The train boxes are so beat up and appear to be old used returns - definitely won’t be able to gift these

Items came with marks going through the picture. Sent email on 11-12-2025 as of 12-2-2025 still no reply Buyer beware. Very poor customer service

I advise caution when using this online store. Their service is extremely poor, and delivery takes an unreasonably long time even after payment is completed. I am very dissatisfied with the delay and lack of professionalism.

Item sold (eye glasses) quality much below that one advertised. Cheap Chinese product.

It's a drophipper. I advise to not, I repeat NOT, order here. You will be disappointed with the quality and they will not offer you a decent solution. You will be left with the feeling that you have learned a valuable but expensive lesson about shopping via social channels.

I was looking for unusual presents for my Grand childrens birthdays and came across adverts on Quora for wooden build-your toys kits, a locomotive, truck, etc. 4 different ones for ~£80, but it was an American site and I could not find the shipping
charge. Peeved I decided to look for these toys elsewhere. Lo and behold, up popped Temu with identical kits at a fraction of the price.
Once again a marketing scam. Buy cheap from China and advertise at 5 times the Chinese cost. I bought from Temu with free postage.

I ordered two Pet Nests. I got confirmation but shipment tracking was not useful. Then the website closed and I looked up the reviews of the site which strongly suggested that it was a total scam. Thus, I was quite surprised when the products came in the mail. The pet nests appear to be good quality and the cats have shown some interest in them.

I placed an order on January 12. I kept tracking delivery status. Now the website says the Store is Closed. I was taken for $63.00. Don't order from them!

Ordered a pair of shoes. Received shoes, but shoe for left foot is defective. Zipper was received off the track. Also the shoes have an offensive carcinogenic odor. Sent email to support at berbiget. Customer Support requested a photo of the defective shoe and said they would handle the refund/return after receiving the photo. Sent photo, but now there is no response from support at berbiget. Just got a message on 2/07/25. They gave me their return address in China to return for a repair, which I Do Not Want, I want my $$ back and they can keep their smelly defective shoes!

I ordered something and payed for it. I never received any confirmation and I emailed them a few times and receive no response. I guess I was taken. Wouldn’t order from them again

I didn’t buy anything from this website. That being said I’m writing this review to help people. What I would like you to do if you were considering buying something is to copy the domain name in your web browser. Then go to lookup.icann (dot org) and look up the website. A domain name that is relatively new and set to expire within a year is probably a junk site used to offload junk on the unsuspecting gullible consumers a lot like you. Furthermore, anytime a website is telling you that there is a limited quantity and that you need to buy now(urgency is the enemy of critical thinking), your first assumption should be that it’s a scam. Also, if the price is super low, you should be suspicious. Taken together, new domain, soon to expire, products sold cheaply and making enormous promises, you should know better. You should never take anything at face value you see on the Internet. Trust should only come after verifying.

don't buy from this company says is made in USA but shipping from China? I ordered 11/30, is not 12/27 and product still not here. This company is a scam

I ordered the gear clock. It does not work. I have sent Berbiget 3 messages on how to handle this issue and no reply.

Pure scammers. What you see and what is described is not what you get. You see and are told about auto parts timing set clock w double chain and 3D printed connecting rod. What you get is a best stamped bicycle parts mounted on a flimsy sheet metal connecting rod that can barely stand under its own weight. And, it stops working in a week. Those guarantees, they will deny selling to you, and any refunds require you to ship to China. Shipping will be several times more than you buy the item for. Amazing that they get it to you for $6. A pure scam w a cheap copy of what they picture and describe. Don’t fall for it. I did, you don’t have to.

I was treated to the old bait and switch. They advertised a mechanical item with moving parts . It did many thing once you plugged it in to charge
. But they sent me a similar item that was just plastic. No charging no moving parts. 1st email they told me to keep it and they would give me a 15 percent refund. So i threw the thing out because it was garbage and that where it belonged.Basicly 11 emails later they would give me a full refund if i returned the piece of gabage they sent me. Hard to do because i threw it out. So i accepted a 25 percent refund telling them i would write this review. Not good business sense. So be careful dont order from this company that advertise one product and sends you another.

ORDERED 2 TIMING CHAIN CLOCKS WERE NOT WHAT WAS SHOWN OR DESCRIBED.WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ACTUAL TIMING CHAIN AND GEAR. DEFINITELY NOT WHAT THEY ARE. SOME CHEAP STAMPED GEARS WITH BICYCLE CHAIN. THESE WERE MEANT FOR GIFTS I'D BE ASHAMED TO SEND THESE TO ANYONE. MAYBE I CAN SEND TO GRAND CHILDREN AS IT LOOKS LIKE THEIR BIKE CHAIN. DEFINITE MIS-REPRESENTATION
