Poor product, deliberately mis-sold
I ordered some of their 'Tactical Pants'.
In their advert, they looked great - flexible and comfortable. The advert said they were made in the US, and the price was good, so I ordered two pairs.
They arrived some weeks later but already alarm bells were going off.
Why would a company make clothes like this in the US, and then ship them from China (the shipping notice I got showed their address in China)? The answer is - they wouldn't - the advert contained a big fat lie about where these trousers were made.
Anyway, I tried them on - I wore them for a couple of days. The reality was far from what was advertised.
While they had loads of pockets, and the material felt tough and was probably waterproof (I didn't try that) the material had zero 'give' or stretch. They are very restrictive. Worse, even with a belt, the cut around the waist was loose - they were forever slipping down when walking. Perfect trousers to share a 'builder's bum'!
So, it was bad, but I can get a refund, so not all bad?
Well, it got worse.
I reported the issue and asked for a refund.
They (eventually) offered a 30% and I could keep them - or I could return them, to CHINA, at my own expense, for a full refund.
Well, I'm not sure about you, but paying 70% of the full price for something I can't use doesn't sound good to me. And as for the return them and a full refund? By now, I had zero trust that they would actually honour that and besides, postage back to Chine was going to cost about half the product price - so the new offer was lose 50% on some product I no longer even had - or even lose 150% (purchase price and postage) if they didn't refund.
That wasn't going to happen!
Fortunately, I'd paid through PayPal so started a resolution process through them. It takes some time, but if you are in the right, and set your case out, PayPal generally comes through. I have now received my refund.
Do not buy from this company. Their adverts are highly misleading and they have no respect for consumer protection law.
Berbiget - do you really want them back?
Send me a postage paid shipping label, and I'll pop them in the post for you!
My mistake.
My mistake.
I received the same bill that I payed for the products I ordered to Berbiget, but another product and I made a bad review on Trustpilot. I received 15 minutes ago the ordered products - eye glasses - and no other charging. I liked them and the treatment and I deleted my previous review. I recommend them.
