Dangerous all of these products should be recalled

Thank you for your review.
The BergHOFF Eurocast range does not have rivets to hold the handle onto the pan. In fact, it is a range of cookware that features detachable handles to enable the pans to be used in the oven.
We have also not received any emails from you to our inbox (sales@berghoffgb.com).
It semms likely that you do not have our product at all so please kindly remove this review and re-post to the relevant company that have supplied you with your cookware.

15 years of good use and a couple of pans are wearing out
My pans are starting to wear out after around 15 years hard use. They’ve been in the dishwasher and I’ve occasionally used metal on them. Now the non-stick is starting to fray on a couple of pans from my large set, so I came onto their website to check what the coating was and it doesn’t contain forever chemicals
The pans I’m buying to replace the worn out ones cost 3 times as much
Half my set are still in really good condition and I’m keeping all the glass lids. They’re all still good after 15 years
Overall really really happy with the pans. I never expected non-stick to last this long.

A pleasure to cook with!
These are truly amazing. I bought a full set of pans about 20 years ago. I have used and abused them over those years and they are still functioning well. I decided to buy two new frying pans, 20cm and 23cm. What a dream. The non stick surface is remarkable. No oil needed. Nothing sticks. As advised, I now wash the pan in soapy water with a soft dishcloth as soon as I finish cooking in it. It’s so easy! Dry the pan with a damp, clean dishcloth and it’s all done. Low fat/ calorie cooking because you do not need fat or oil to cook. The instruction say to use the glass lid when frying eggs to maintain moisture. I didn’t think this would work but it does. I have a full set of lids but have rarely used them. From now on I will. I would recommend these products to everyone. They are an investment as they last so long. They look stylish too and can be used for any form of cooking method (gas electric etc) , and they can go in the oven if you unscrew and remove the handle. What’s not to like?

Great 26cm saute pan with removable handle
Bought a 26cm saute pan to replace an old one. It's exactly what I was after and lighter than my old one (when you don't use the lid). It's huge too, ideal for what I was after.
Two days after I bought and before it was delivered, they had a 10% off sale. I contacted them and they swiftly reimbursed me for the savings - even more value for money, thank you.

I placed an order for some spare parts and after the purchase I realised I’d put the wrong delivery address (silly me), I contacted them through email asking to have the delivery diverted, first thing the next day I received an email from Jacquie stating she had rearranged so my order was sent to the correct address, very polite and efficient, I’ve had this problem before with other companies only to be told ‘it’s your mistake and not our problem’, Jacquie was the most helpful and polite I’ve ever come across and I would have no hesitation advising people to buy from them.

Do not buy
Do not buy! This company is refusing to honour the warranty. Through no fault of my own (and I promise you the pan has never been in the dishwasher or had anything abrasive on it) the non stick surface has failed. I am so disappointed, having bought several items from this company. They are refusing to refund or replace and say I have to send the pan to them at my expense. I will be contacting Trading Standards as it is a con to say there is a warranty and then fail to honour it. BTW this is after a lot of chasing on my part. A deliberate attempt to flout the law.

Unfortunately we cannot simply replace a pan on a customer's say so. The item needs to be returned to us for a full inspection and examination by our technical department. If the pan is found to have a manufacturing fault then of course the item will be replaced under the terms of the warranty.
This process is the same as any retailer in the UK - you couldn't simply walk into a high-street store and ask for a new jumper or pair of trousers without first providing the faulty item.
We have sent you the return instructions and maintain our position that you are welcome to send the item back to us for inspection and potential replacement if you believe there to be a genuine manufacturing fault with the product.
We are proud of our products, our after care service and the warranty that we offer our customers and hope you will reconsider our offer to send the item back to allow us to uphold our side of the agreement made when the item was purchased.

We love these pans
We love these pans! They truly are non stick and hard wearing. You just need to avoid metal utensils and oil then from time to time. They are definitely worth the cost. The customer service is great

I'm still waiting for the delivery. You really should check that you've actually completed the supply before you ask for 'experience feedback'!
The update is that a couple of hours after posting above I received a response call from the supply office apologising for the mishmash. The goods are now promised for this week.

We can only apologise that there was a short delay on the delivery of your order and that it took so long to reach you.
Unfortunately, we had sold out of the item that you had ordered. We did call you on the day your order was placed and offered either a full refund or delivery of the product within a couple of weeks once it was back in stock and at the time you were seemingly quite happy to wait.
Please note that we have now recieved stock of the item and so it should be with you in the coming days as advised earlier today by telephone.
As a gesture of goodwill and to go some way towards rectifying the situation positively for you I have refunded the cost of the postage that you paid back to the card that you paid with. Please allow 3-5 days for this credit to show.

I had an issue with the base of a wok I ordered being too small to work on my induction hob. I contacted customer services and they sorted it out without any trouble. They were very responsive and I had a brand new bigger wok within 48 hours, no quibbles. Really was the best customer service
