Would really like to thank Laura and the Berkeley Shaw team for helping me to sell my home.

From meeting Jules at the beginning who come to value my home, Jules had a professional manner and made me feel at ease with the whole process. Jules took time and care to ensure the property would sell at the correct value. Within hours of the sale going live we had 20+ viewings booked and sold in less than a week with offers coming in from day one.

Laura has been amazing throughout. After our first buyer pulling their offer a couple of months in, Laura and the team had me a new buyer in a matter of hours for no less than the asking price. Laura has been proactive and kept in constant contact always keeping me updated. Any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I would 100% recommend Berkley Shaw and would use them again in the future if needed.

Ask a simple question of this managment company…get several wrong answers, when you point out these must be wrong inappropriate personal opinions and a flounce about taking up too much time.
Attempted to escalate to a manger who stopped responding to emails
I just want them to confirm the variation to lease they made, legally they are supposed to put it in writing anyway
Like nailing jelly to the wall, staff very busy doing anything other than answer a simple request.

I really recommend Berkeleyshaw they help me and my family through getting the sale done on are first family house . Laura and her team were very fantastic from start to finish. Specially Laura the manger she could not have done enough for us. I will definitely be using them again in the future also telling family and friends to use them . All the team very professional and very kind and helpful.

We are currently selling our houses with the Crosby office. We had previously had our houses up with two other local estate agents, who in our experience were not the best.
We immediately found Berkeley Shaw staff to be ultimately professional and experienced.
We have so far got a 100% feedback from viewers which we never received from the previous agents.
I would wholeheartedly recommend them without reservation

I found Jules and Laura really efficient and very easy to deal with. From Jules's first visit to value the property to Laura's last curtesy call on completion of sale I was kept completely upto date and any queries were answered quickly

Not a great experience as a buyer. I was left hanging as to whether my offer had been accepted and was then told it was subject to financial checks even though I had provided a copy of my mortgage in principle and confirmation I was under offer on my own sale. I was contacted by their financial people who asked for bank statements which I refused as I had my own mortgage offer and deposit from my own sale. Very stressful experience and I had to go into branch in person to ask if my offer had been accepted as no one returned my calls. Even then I was still being told it was subject to financial checks and when I asked what more do you need from me they couldn’t give me an answer. Never had any of this when I bought my first house. Very unprofessional.

Distressing experience as a buyer. The one star is because they were very pleasant all though the viewings. They were not honest about certain things they knew about and should have disclosed which led to issues later on. Any attempt to question anything was met with dismissiveness yet in a manner that felt heavy handed and like I was unreasonable for asking questions on what is the biggest expense of my life. I understand they work for the seller but empathy costs nothing

Shocking lack of transparency on costs and unwilling to cooperate on emails asking for clarity on very basic questions regarding our property's accounts in Liverpool City centre. Be extremely wary of buying properties if you see these as the managing agents.

I just wanted to leave a message to say thank you so much to Laura and Rach for making my sale such an easy process. They kept me updated all the way and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Seriously Inadequate.
To the point of leaving residents of their buildings in danger.
Fire alarms have faults - Residents have reported this to Berkeley shaw on a number of occasions over the past few years and nothing seems to have been fixed. Fire alarm at Portside House on Duke Street has been triggered by fault minimum 6 times over the past 2 weeks. This does not get turned off for minimum of an hour.
Lifts out of order with no accessibility. Building management have disabled residents in their building and will turn lifts off for days without notice.
They leave their buildings to go filthy with mounds of litter and build up on dirt in communal areas.
No real security for the building.
Theft in their buildings happens daily, they send out emails to residents to get their deliveries elsewhere instead of fixing the issues.
If your building is managed by Berkeley shaw - good luck...
