Attention and courtesy. Perhaps a bit long-winded for selling a car but some people like that.

The sales and stuff they are very good, specially Andy is very helpful and make the application for my mum very quick and professional way thank you for your help from the all the stuff

Ryan did a great job of listening to my needs and wants as a customer looking for a used and approved car from Berry BMW. He didn’t pressure me at all, was willing to go the extra mile to get the best deal he could for me as a customer.

I have been a customer for 3 years and after initially being excited since the 3 years the level of service and quality has really gone downwards. I got a call from a sales executive named Andreea (must avoid) and was keen to book me for appointment with the person who manages my account (Andy). I have spoken to Andy countless times and is aware of my situation and what I want to do next. Andreea was really aggressive in that when I asked is she was a new sales person she said to me why does it matter? This is not an unsual question but rather shows the decline of berry heathrow and is a true reflection of this franchise. Andreea seemed very unprofessional, and lack of understanding. Unfortunately she is giving BMW berry heathrow franchise a bad name. I will be making a complaint to head office and the local office. She has also not listened to me throughout the conversation. I will be looking to take my services elsewhere either to a different branch or losing me altogether. Sales over customer satisfaction seems to be the branch ethos which is very sad.

Firstly the car was not ready when I flew down from Aberdeen to pick it up. (They were still working on it) when I arrived. Then mor issues appeared so was flown home to pick up at a later date. Picked the car up a few weeks later, it went into bmw Aberdeen with a small issue and one of tyres (that they had changed on the car as there was an odd tyre ) has significantly less tread than the other 3 and is also just a standard tyre and not a star marked runflats like the other 3. used car manager says they will not be authorising a new tyre. Have escalated this with bmw gb. Berry Heathrow care more about you filling out the bmw survey so it makes them look good.

Great service from the team. Edward was very professional and caring. He even gave me a phone charger to keep because my phone battery was very low.

I’ve been to multiple local dealerships for buying and services my car, and this dealership is head, shoulders knees and toes above any other local bmw dealership. Would highly recommend coming here. Everyone I’ve met is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and makes you feel important. Andy, mark and Keith helped me purchase a new car and went above and beyond with their help, even stayed late especially with me being a pain for wanting something specific. I will always use this dealership in future!

As soon as I walked in the front door I was made to feel welcome. Nobody put me under any pressure and the particular sales man I dealt with Andy was very very good very well informed about all the products and the particular car I was buying, this wasn’t my first BMW and it won’t be my last the product speaks for itself but coupled with fantastic service makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable 

Ryan went above and beyond to get me a very nice spec X3 MSport Pro pack with additionals. I was talking to other dealers at the same time and was prepared to fly to Scotland as well to secure the perfect car priced very competetively. Ryan and his team not only secured a sexy vehicle for me for a better price then anyone else was offering me. They are also assisting me with a loan vehicle until my new car gets delivered which is massive! Very happy customer. If you guys are looking to purchase a BMW. Never answer call or email. Unmanaged staff not a good thing for such a big dealership

Absolutely avoid this cowboys style service. I bought a 3 year old approved used car, on the day of collection the car was very dirty from inside, they provided only one key, they mistakenly put the wrong address on V5C and with in two weeks time the car iDrive panel turn out to be broken, and I have been told it doesn't come under warranty. They will pressure you to give 5 star rating, whereas in reality I would give these guys - 5. From sales to manager all of them are just literally mean people. I't better to buy car for lot less price from other seller than this BMW showroom.

Both Sammee and Keith were pleasant and approachable. Both were also very knowledgeable and were happy to explain options and choices.

DO NOT BUY AN APPROVED USED CAR HER OR ANY CAR.

They mis-sold me a car with an incorrect service history and told me it’s approved used thus breaking their own T&Cs.

They won’t do anything about it.
