Good service

My car had a recall booked in for a drivers airbag replacement, the day before they rang me to bring my car in early morning. I explained that I had mobility issues and would find it difficult to get home from there, the chap told me he would call back in 5 minutes, he rang me back and said they would do the replacement while I waited. They did the job in around 40 minutes which I thought was brilliant I would like to thank all your staff for doing a brilliant job for me it was much appreciated.

Explained all the additional add-ons with no pressure sell. Even on collection day, the handover was easy with everything being explained to me and in place. First time using Berry in Thames Ditton and pleased to say that I would not hesitate using them again or recommending Richard Burton to anyone. Even colleagues at front desk were helpful with a warm welcome.

The sales person, Lucy Donnelly, engaged us shortly after we entered the showroom in a friendly way. She asked good questions, was knowledgeable about the cars and talked us through the options without any pressure. This was in stark contrast to our experiences with other dealers and their sales people. She also made the actual sale process easy despite all the paperwork.
