My wife and I just bought a beautiful 1 year old BMW X1 from Berry in Thames Ditton and we had a genuinely lovely experience.

We were very fortunate to be supported by the excellent Sales Exec Mark Jackson. Mark went above and beyond to make our purchasing experience special. He was easy to talk to, friendly and knowledgeable. He was also very attentive to our needs and generous with his time - providing me with a proper test drive before signing on the dotted line.

I would buy from Berry (and especially Mark) again in the future.

This is the fourth car we've bought from Berry BMW Thames Ditton and the experience was the best yet. This is due to our sales executive Mark Jackson, who couldn't have made things easier. Because of this I'd recommend Berry BMW to anyone.

Jonathan was great! He made us feel really welcome, wasn't in a rush to get us to buy anything and treated us with respect. I wasn't planning on buying a car on the day but did because of the experience.

On the morning of 23rd December my car broke down and couldn’t be moved. The AA came quickly as it was in a dangerous position, got the car started and followed me to Berry’s Thames Ditton. Ian checked us in and introduced us to Robert who explained that diagnostic checks would be carried out but due to Christmas pending, it could take up to two weeks. The following morning I received a call from Robert saying the tests had been carried out, the fault detected and the car repaired. We collected the car later that morning. I was amazed at the speed of the repair considering their workload and time of year. I would like to thank Ian and Robert for their exceptional efforts to return the car so quickly (which also included a car clean!). Would highly recommend this garage. One of the worst garages to go to if you love your BMW. Go for one problem and they find 10 other problems which were never there. Seems to me like they are ripping people off for money. All I get to hear that it was bound to happen as wear and tear of the vehicle. Never had any problems with my car till I got it in on a recall notice and that is when it all began to fall apart. Spent 3.5k just in 6 months to get another advice from their service advisor that I will have to shell another 3k to have another part that was found leaking to replace. Don't ever visit this dodgy place.

Just had a disaster service from this so called BMW main dealer. I recently changed my 5 series front discs and pads here and they are so squeaky. I called them, firstly the were trying to avoid the warranty by saying it’s been some time ago they changed. But some how they booked my car in for a visual check up. Vicky was dealing with me. I dropped my car this morning and she said to me that BMW only cover 4000 miles on discs and pads and your car driven 6000 so it’s not covered. Anyways I dropped my car there for a check up. In the afternoon, I received an email with the video recording saying that my discs and pads are fine. Then I called in the afternoon to see if the car is ready for collection. Vicky told me again that discs and pads are perfectly fine and safe. BMW only covers 4000 miles and the same story. I then requested her to email me that BMW only only covers 4000 miles. That’s the time where she started to run away from the conversation and tried to avoid my request. But I insisted her and she told me that she will email me and also print out the BMW T&Cs upon collection. When I went to collect the car, she was running away from her words and didn’t hand out any terms or even email. Another gentleman then jumped in to calm the situation. He gave me the keys and checked with me if it is still squeaky but it was looking fine as they applied something on the pads. He also said to me that he just spoke to the technician and was told that the discs and pads are fine. It took the car and reached home. Now here is another blunder they did. I received another email saying that my car needs attention. Now it is saying that my front pads needs replacement. I don’t know why they sent me a video recording saying that everything is fine and now after all the drama. They are saying to change the pads. Can I please have a response from main BMW only this. There are some workers trying to save money for their bosses and defaming the brand. They are lying in day light with no imberesment. Thanks
