The heated gloves are very good quality and the heat is evenly distributed. I did have a slight issue with the battery indicator lights not working correctly (only displaying 2 lights even though battery was fully charged). I contacted customer care and received prompt support and advice from Lucas. The matter was resolved to my satisfaction and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Product arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. Heated up in no time to a very cozy temperature.

Would highly recommend to any riders.

Item was running late but as a result I recieved an upgraded similar pair of insoles which was a nice gesture. The item works well with the heat settings but I would say with the thickness of the insoles that it doesn't fit then in most of my shoes but luckily have one pair with thick insoles that I could replace this with.

Very happy with the cooling hat, incredibly innovative and it works! I plan to buy more this year including in another style new to the collection.. Also a very friendly customer service from clearly a great company. I highly recommend.

Total rubbish. Stitching interfering wuth toes and keep switching off.
Costumer service says it's our fault.
Don't buy this nonsense.
Look elsewhere.

Good return policy but the postage label was difficult to find in the download better sent by email

The heated pro cycling gloves are high quality, well made and work extremely well which helps my raynauds when out cycling. Bertschat provided me with outstanding customer service. I would highly recommend.

The mittens themselves are amazing, kept my hands warm in -37 Lapland conditions but most impressive of all was the customer service - Luc in particular. There was a small issue and they went above and beyond to sort it out for me. I was incredibly impressed and would definitely recommend!

I had to write a review because when a product and company do an excellent service I feel I should say so! I was bought a pair of duel heated pro under gloves which work brilliantly and fit perfectly. I have small hands and have found finding gloves to fit properly difficult but the XS size are perfect. Driving to work on bitterly cold mornings are no longer an issue! Then after around 6 months of use the right hand glove stopped heating. I returned the glove to Bertschat under the 12 month warranty and a replacement was sent back within 2 days! Excellent service and product. Highly recommended company. Thank you.

Arrived on time, as promised, although packaging in disarray.

I ordered the Heated Gloves PRO.
The gloves I received had the tags already removed and loose in the packaging. Also, one of the gloves had a stain on it and did not heat up.
This makes me think I was sent gloves previously worn and returned as faulty.
This may be an isolated occurence, but I am disappointed with the levels of quality control.
The returns process was straightforward and I have been refunded but I can't leave a positive review of my experience.

I had a problem with one of the Gloves on delivery I contacted them the same day, within 24 Hours they contacted me and automatically sent a new pair of gloves that same day before I could send the bad glove back.
Not had any problems with the gloves I have gone through the whole winter using them 6 days per week cycling to work and back.
Fantastic service will use BERTSCHAT again in the future.

Beatiful product works brilliantly. Sizing was tricky for me as I have wide hands and stubby fingers.

Bought a pair of heated socks only worn them since November yet they’ve fallen apart. Emailed the company with photos but no reply.

I was assisted in acquiring the right gloves for my medical conditions. The customer service operative was friendly, patient and very knowledgeable (Luc). The heated gloves were excellent quality. I feel the customer service I received was professional. I would highly recommend this company for excellent products and customer service.

Amazing gloves, stiff when new but quickly soften up, duel heating fantastic

I purchased the single heated goatskin ladies gloves and am delighted with them. They keep my fingers warm, though I had expected the gloves to get warmer than they do. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to have heating elements on both sides of the hand and fingers whilst still keeping the gloves slim outline, rather than the biker-style, which is not what a woman wants (unless she’s a biker).

Great heated socks which I have just used whilst skiing. Initially the buttons kept flashing but I think it was more me getting used to how to use them.
