I booked online
I booked online . Then was called an told of all the restrictions. No carry on , no checked bags and no seat assignments..meaning my 5 yr old could not sit with me. I was called and informed that I could pay way more for all this.. I asked for a refund and I was told NO REFUNDS. I immediately hung up and searched this company.. this is a complete SCAM... I immediately called my CC company and canceled my card.. then with in the next couple days they BLEW up my phone.. do not trust this company at all.

Worst airfare
Definitely not best airfare more like WORST airfare. I would absolutely not book with best airfares EVER again! I had a roundtrip booked for three people from Newark to Miami five months in advance and was ready to go. I had no idea that the flight got canceled! I only found out when I went to look at my flight info to set up my transportation three weeks prior to the trip and oddly the confirmation number was not working. I called Best airfare to inquire and they said they didn’t know why it wasn’t working, that I had to call Delta directly. I did just that. Come to find out the airline (Delta) cancelled it because they have found this company (Best airfares) to be doing inventory circumvention which I later learned essentially means that they are committing fraud with people’s cards. Not only was my flight cancelled but when I tried to get my money back this company would not give me my money back. They tried to “fix” it by booking me a one way flight going but would not get me a return flight back!! They said I had to pay $744 in order to get a flight back for the three of us because the price went up from what it was when I first booked five months prior. I didn’t understand why they couldn’t just give me a round trip like I originally had. Tim kinda let it slip when he said they could not use that “company card” to book roundtrip flights anymore. I put two and two together. I had to fight for over two weeks to try and at least get the return flight. I still never got my money back or the return flight from them.

I booked two tickets on 7/8/24 for my family members to attend a family reunion. Following up, as it is now 7/19/24, I reached out to BestAirfares and spoke to a person to inquire about the confirmation of the tickets. I provided the booking reference numbers and the person informed me that it was cancelled. This was shocking because I was never informed by BestAirfares that it was cancelled. The representative said that they emailed me, which I never received an email about the cancellation, and that someone tried calling. I asked for the date of a phone call from this company. The person stated that it was the following day, 7/9/24. I checked my cell phone history and never received a phone call from this company. Also, nobody left a message to call. The representative was extremely rude stating that it was my fault for not answering my phone or checking my email. So, not only did this company do a bait and switch, but then have the nerve to blame me. I checked some reviews about other people's experience. Not good. Not good at all. I called back and spoke to another representative and asked if I could speak with Jim Curret, but he was not available. I asked if the rep knew Jim Curret and what position he held within the company and they stated that he was in billing. Yet, it says that he is a quality manager. Either way, it was incorrect information that further sent up red flags. This is a scam company and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly recommend that you NOT use this company for any reason. They are just after your personal information. Book directly with the airlines or a reputable business.

This company is running a bait and…
This company is running a bait and switch scam. As many others have said here, they lure you in with very low fake prices and then tell you that they're no longer available after they have all your personal info. I cancelled my cc as soon as I read these reviews so they couldn't scam me. It took them 12 days to respond with the "tickets no longer available" trick. Stay away and go with a reputable company or direct from the airlines. I truly believe that the 5 star reviews are all fake.

I PURCHASED THE TICKETS AT A PRICE ALMOST SIMILAR TO UNITED AIRLINES, THEN THEY CONTACTED ME TO THREATEN ME AND FORCE ME TO PAY MORE FOR AN IMPROVEMENT OF THE TICKET. THEY MADE TWO CHARGES ON MY CARD, ONE WAS GIVEN TO THE AIRLINE AND THEY KEPT THE OTHER. I MADE A RIDICULE AT THE AIRPORT AND ALSO THEY CHARGED ME 85 PO FOR A CARRY ON WHICH I SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN ACCORDING TO THE AIRLINE BECAUSE IT WAS A CHEAP RATE. THE FUNNY THING IS THAT BESTTICKETFARE HAD ALREADY CHARGED IT. THEY ARE THIEVES AND ABUSIVE. VOY A EXPONERLOS EN TODAS PARTES

People... think about it. When are you going to see fares for United and American cheaper than terrible airlines like Sprint? These "Fly by Night" website companies are al;l the same. They post n fares for flights that are not real hoping you are stupid enough to just book it. They then contact you and tell you that flight is no longer avail for that price. They then will threaten you will cancellation fees..and you will have a hell of a time getting the charges off your card. ALWAYS CALL BEFORE YOU BOOK. Have them verify the rates on the website. Of course they wont be able to and you will save yourself from being caught in their fraud. There is a ballot in congress to get rid of these bait and switch tactics these companies use. Hopefully it will not be much longer, as this is very much unlawful.

This was my first time using a booking…
This was my first time using a booking agent. Julia x102 reached out to me to let me know the flights I booked were no longer available and made suggestions for new flights. She got me as close as possible with regards to departure times, etc. for basically the same price. My only disappointment was that these new arrangements were not direct flights as I originally wanted. She provided detailed instructions through the entire process and assured me every time I checked in that things were moving and I would receive my etickets once the airline put through the charges. I was nervous and sent a few emails but Julia kept assuring me everything was OK. She even called me once the charges hit to let me know my etickets were sent.
