Dropped off told to leave down stairs as wanted make sure new one came first got rid of old bet and start to put new one up when I realised they only sent one pack of feet for the a divan bed which also includes the other joining bar and head board nut to attach to bed. So iv got half a bed with 4 feet you have mallet in the the other half on the floor and a wonkey head board that flaps about. not what you really want as got wait a few days get another bag to finish it looks like me sons sleeping on a incline for a few days and having mess with a bed taking matress of again put feet on when your neck is built metal supports isnt the best physio. Bed and matress seem ok, well can't really tell as it looks like a bed from faulty towers at the moment. No answer on phones, waiting for email response
Two days later still waiting for accessorie pack to put bed and headboard up, things get forgotten but surley next day delivery should of been done when informed at 10am Monday? Poor really basic customer service really.

Simple common sense would be for you to put in the right number of feet and glides wouldnt it? Common sense would be to count two one pack for each side, I know counting to two must be hard but as knocking the feet in with a mallet in didn't think a bed company would forget how many feet a bed needs! And as two of the feet would come back out and if I forced it and broke it I'm taking it you would not have replaced it? So common sense would say don't break it as then I would of had a message on here saying you forced the feet out and broke them. Maybe learn each side needs one pack it's not hard is it for a bed company to have common sense is it I'll leave a few more reviews for trying be clever as common sense would make a customer more annoyed at a poor service made worse. Well done common sense isn't that common.

Very efficient with the delivery and bed is very lovely

It did what it said on the tin . The delivery driver was held up in traffic ( unavoidable ) and my eldest daughter took delivery
She reported the delivery was courteous and I am impressed with my purchase 👍

I ordered the beds and they were delivered very quickly, on time and were as described on the web site.

Delivery fast but driver failed to close gate on leaving - after promising to do so
