Bought a bed from bed frame direct but when it was delivered the it was the wrong colour then it took a month for them to deliver new one and it was marked and the stay for the ottoman was at the wrong end of the side rail now they cant deliver another until another week and wont refund until they be got the bed back
Wouldn't buy another bed or let anyone buy a bed from this company what a shit show to get a bed for a child with nerve damaged in her feet and legs having to sleep on the floor

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ! AVOID!!!

Unfortunately, nothing has been resolved since my original review.
I was contacted by someone from the company called Malik, who promised to personally handle the issue and call me back within two days. That call never happened. Four days later, my calls to him were ignored, and contacting the office again resulted only in more excuses and no action.
As of today, I still have no confirmation of when the bed will be collected, if the offers exchange will happen, no refund, no compensation for the stress and no clear point of contact responsible for resolving this. Weeks have now passed with absolutely no progress.

The pattern is clear: broken promises, avoidance, and passive-aggressive behaviour instead of accountability. What should have been a simple resolution has turned into prolonged stress and wasted time.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to buy from this company. If something goes wrong, you should be prepared for delays, excuses, and being ignored.

We visited the showroom in Aintree with a vague idea of what we wanted in terms of mattress and bed size.
We spent over a hour in there with a fantastic lady called Nina, who was well versed in her experience and couldn't do enough for us to help offer ample options, check stock, colour schemes and accommodate our delivery preferences.
Thank you to Nina who turned around a stressful couple into very happy customers.

No communication, refused vat refund i have a disability, deliverey drivers want money to assemble. Keep away

Great service and delivery, the delivery guys even put all the boxes into their right piles to make my job of building them easier, they were bang on time and were very helpful, polite, friendly and professional, i would definitely recommend beds direct - super competitive prices for good quality products - it's 5 stars from me

Experienced no problem at all with this company. I paid by credit card for extra payment protection. I sent a WhatsApp message 2 days after ordering my mattress to try and get a rough estimate of delivery. I was responded to within hours and their response was accurate. Good communication on the day of delivery and the mattress was in perfect condition. I would buy from them again.

Website says in stock for sofa, they call after i order the next day saying it will take 4 weeks.. Useless service avoid at all costs

Our first proper double bed, very pleased albeit took us hours to put it together as fixings were a bit confusing. Definitely worth paying more for a luxury mattress.

Pleased with our purchase, only downside was delivery time. Our daughter’s new bed, great value and sturdy, but took two weeks longer to be delivered than originally told.

Great SERVICE,received a quote £200 less that the local bed shop, delivered without fuss

I purchased an ottamon single bed base for my daughter, it was made very well with a solid base inside, I was so pleased with the quality I now have two of the ottamon bed bases. correspondence was good by email, the staff were very helpful, I couldn't be happier..thanks

Pls do not ever order from beds direct. Order was over 4 weeks late, poor communication, I was the one that kept chasing. When wooden bed frame came, it was covered in black mould. Extremely disappointed.

Purchased one of Beds Direct mattresses via their delivery driver - he told me the business is closing down which I'm not in the least surprised about after unwrapping my 'bargain' mattress and finding that it had black mould dotted all over one side. No response to calls and messages asking for it to be taken back and refunded. Awful.

I ordered a bed before reading the reviews then I read the reviews and freaked out!!! . The day before I received my bed I hadn't heard anything so I started worrying, I tried to ring the office but couldn't get through.
At about 5pm that night I received a text message telling me that my bed was coming in the morning and gave me the time slot.
All was, well! It Came on time, beautifully packaged.. Beautiful bed.. A very happy customer. So my advice would be Don't Worry!! It will arrive and be excellent.

Ordered a bed and mattress on Thursday evening. Everything confirmed in email straight away. Message received on Saturday morning informing me of delivery next day.
Delivered by a polite, friendly and helpful man. Good quality bed and mattress, all come wrapped, no dents, broken pieces, missing bits etc.
Very happy and looks very comfortable. Thank you for keeping me updated throughout.
Would definitely recommend.

We bought a king size divan bed with headboard and foot was told they were suede nothing suede about this bed it’s made from cheap grey material I am really disappointed with this bed we only got two plastic clips to keep the bed together an was told it was king size more like a double the picture of the bed on the website makes it look better than what it is so beware if your looking to buy a velvet bed don’t buy this one

I purchased 2 mattresses from eBay the description was memory foam, when I received the mattress I noticed the spring were piping as I up wrapped it...The quality of the the mattress is very poor...just sitting down on the mattress u can feel the springs my back is now killing me, they will not refund me, what so ever, you can feel every spring in it, its sticks in your back,

We had a great experience with this company, ordered our mattress on the Monday I phoned them and they advised they would contact us as soon as they have mattress for delivery could take up to two weeks, we received a call the same week on Friday advising they could deliver the following morning between 8-9am they arrived within the hour slot ,pleased with mattress and great price.
