Best car Finder is the best car company ever, their service is so fantastic, I received my car within a shorter timeframe than promised, I didn’t expect that.. it came even earlier I am so happy. Alex Fry is so helpful I don’t normally write reviews but I will be doing a disservice if I did not write this review thank you so much I love my car!

This was my first time leasing and Alex Fry helped guide me through the process quickly and easily. He helped me understand the options available and was extremely responsive with any queries that I had. The car came very quickly given the current issues with worldwide delivery and the car was delivered on time and in great condition, fully charged. Would heartily recommend to others.

Shanella was a very pleasant and helpful young lady, keeping me informed and updated on a regular basis.

I ordered my car at the end of last year, there were a few unexpected delays from the original delivery date but Russell always kept me informed throughout the whole process. Russell replied to any of my messages or questions extremely quickly and helped me understand leasing as this was my first time.

I can’t credit Russell enough for his help - thank you for making this such a smooth process! And the car was even better than I expected!

The team at Bestcarfinder were very helpful and professional, and the process from initial inquiry to delivery was efficient. The team I dealt with were good at keeping me updated on the status of the order (despite some beyond-their-control delays due to chip-shortages etc) and were very responsive.

I placed an order for a BMW in October 2021. Deal all agreed, and order fee placed. Due for delivery in Summer 2022.

Summer comes around and they tell me the car is ready, but the deal is no longer available. It will be another ~£80 per month, and if I agree to that the car can be delivered in a week or two. Or I can cancel.

Absolutely shocking service. Reneging on an agreed deal, wanting more money per month (and no doubt higher commission for them). Cancelled and got the admin fee back but now I'm left scrambling for a new car.

Avoid them. No guarantee they'll stick to what was agreed

Found all dealings with Bestcarfinder friendly and professional, all enquiries answered promptly. Made the process a pleasure rather than a chore.
