Avoid at All Costs....Terrible Company
Made a mistake in an order, tried to overcharge, jerked me around on a refund, came to a settlement, and reneged. Avoid this company as they are not honest, and I believe they are a scam.

Since I cannot leave anything less, I'm stuck. This company is the most dishonest I've ever dealt with. I make thousands of dollars online each week, and if there were ever a company to avoid, this is the one.

I ordered an 8x8 banner and paid for expedited shipping. It didn't get here on the day it was supposed to, but luckily it came the next day in time for my event. The banner turned out perfectly and the price was great. I would have given it 5 stars had it arrived on the expected day!

You need to follow up with them regarding proofs. They will not notify you that you need to approve a proof. After the proof was approved, they stated shipping would be in 15 days. 45 days out, still waiting for the shipment to arrive. Time will tell how this looks, but I would not do business with them again. I contacted customer service and explained to them my concerns and they were extremely rude and snarky.

I was hoping for a navy table runner…
I was hoping for a navy table runner with the specific colors I had in my logo. But I guess the blue color logo as the entire runner is okay. Fast, easy to order and great product! Although I don’t have washing instructions so there’s that. Otherwise great price solid product

Bait and switch
I ordered a sign made of white vinyl lettering and a white logo. Best of Signs sent me something to approve, but did not explain that they were changing the product to white print on a clear plastic sheet. It made the job way cheaper and easier for them, but was totally not what I had ordered. It ended up in the garbage. They took no responsibility. I ended up ordering from someone else and paying again. I do not recommend Bestofsigns.com. It was a bait and switch.

As a custom business, we offer different white ink options. We can see that Partial White was selected for your order, under which only the white areas in the artwork are backed with white ink. Our design team also mentioned this while sharing the artwork proof, and the order was produced accordingly.

I ordered a American Flag Inflatable…
I ordered a American Flag Inflatable Tube Man it didn't come with he blower (that one is my mistake for not reading the fine print) then ordered the blower motor to make this product work I was assured it would arrive before the 4th of July it did not. we have a contest for best decorated yard at our camp ground the that was going to be the center piece. I got ahold of customer support asking for a refund on the shipping. They told me(both chat and phone call) there is a 89% it would show up on time and a 11% chance it would show up the next day after.. I check with fed X they have the shipping order but nothing was Dropped off/ picked up.. I didn't ask for a math lesson I asked for a refund on shipping what good is a 4th of July decoration on the 9th of July. I asked about there return policy I have to fill out a form and they will review it? what is there to review I have a worthless product and now have to jump threw more hoops with them. I can say this I'm 100% disappointed! be wherry of this company if you expect your product to show up on time allow an extra few weeks for shipping.

Truly fantastic customer service. The creators/artists are so honest in your proofs, they'll warn you that you need to provide a high quality file. I had some questions on my order and I spoke to a gentleman who immediately helped me out. He went above and beyond, editing things in in their graphics program for me, because I had some last minute edits. The response time is very fast. Once approved, my signs came within 5-7 days. The quality is extremely good! And their prices are unbeatable. Trust.

Beautiful print, but too small!
Item arrived on time. Print quality is top notch! However, the size is why only 3 stars. I ordered the 31.5” size, assuming it was meant for a 30” round table. What I received barely stretched over the edges. It is only 24” before it was stretched to the max. All in all - too small! The lack of info on the website regarding size is a problem. I suggest reaching out to customer service and inquire what size you should order for your table size. Very disappointing to not have it fit.
