Great quality and customer service
I ordered yard signs and sent my logo. They were just as I ordered and were delivered sooner than promised. I love the “under promise and over deliver” saying. They did an amazing job and provided excellent customer service! I would use them again!

Asked for a confirmation but I was never notified so order was late. They wouldn't rush it to me and I had to make SIX calls to 3 different "departments" to cancel. I think. I'm not even done yet. 😔

Great customer service
Update: I originally left this review because I received a decal that was not the size I expected. After contacting customer service, their resolution team reviewed the artwork, explained the sizing issue in detail, and has been working with me to get a corrected version produced.
While there was a misunderstanding regarding the artwork dimensions, the company has been responsive, professional, and willing to work toward a solution. They took the time to review the file with their design team and clearly explained what happened.
I appreciate their efforts to resolve the issue and update my review accordingly.

I’ve ordered from Best Of Signs three times now, and I’ve been really happy with every order! The print quality on both of my 4x2 banners and my L banner exceeded my expectations — the colors and graphics came out crisp, vibrant, and professional-looking. Their customer service was also fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance.
The ordering process was quick and easy, and I really appreciated that their team helped adjust my graphics to make sure everything printed at its best. Shipping was fast, everything arrived well-packaged, and the pricing is honestly one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. As a small business owner, I value affordable marketing materials, and Best Of Signs delivers incredible value for the price. You truly get the best bang for your buck.
The only downside for me was the L banner hardware. It’s a bit difficult to assemble, and the instructions could definitely be clearer. I also found that it’s a little too lightweight for outdoor events unless you add extra support or weight.
Other than that, I’ve had a great experience every time and would absolutely recommend Best Of Signs to other small business owners looking for affordable, high-quality signage!

My package was lost, and we were very upset because we had paid over $1K for our items. We were actually in the process of filing a dispute with the bank, but Best of Signs worked quickly to get us a replacement.
The process was frustrating, but once we finally received our items, it was worth it. Everything was great quality, and their customer service team was very helpful. It really shows that even a bad experience can be turned around.
One thing I recommend when filling out your shipping information: be careful with the address autocorrect. The system autocorrected my address and changed it, which caused my package to get lost. Again, everything was resolved, and we are very happy with our product. We would repurchase and recommend them.

Their website is based in the United States, but their business is located in India. Their ordering process is difficuilt and incomplete. I submitted an image to be printed, and their system never provided the proof that it promised. The printing was done within a week, but then it took over two weeks to ship from India to the United States. Their systems appear to be 99% AI automated. When I asked about seeing a proof, they said I did not check that box. I went back THREE TIMES and could not find the 'box' to check. I suggest you avoide this foreign, highly automated, sign printing company. Very, very frustrating.
