I have ordered several signs from best of signs. I ordered a sign 2 weeks ago. They send me a text never received a text from them before asking me to approve the sign. I didn't hit the approval right away. When I finally went to approve the sign it had already been approved and was being shipped. They had never
shipped a sign that fast. I called them and explained to th that I hadn't approved the sign
She tolded what was on the magnetic sign. I knew something was wrong. Again normally I wouldn't receive my order in about 2 weeks. We the sign say that I had cyberstalker with their picture on it
This was a truck sign that I order. Lord and behold when I received my sign a few days later. It was a refrigerator magnetic. I knew something was wrong when the design was already and shipped.l immediately called best of signs asked to speak to a manger. I explained the situation. I guess the wrong up a ticket. Wrote a few days later asking to send pictures of what I received. They shouldn't have been asking me anything they should have been able to pull the invoice or design to see what they send me.
About 3 days later I received and email stating that the ticket was closed. My Invoice clearly saids Truck magnetic sign.
Will be disputing with the bank.
They did not attemp to make it write. They also did not apply my discount. I receive emails with discount codes every date. From them what good is it if they are not going to apply it.

Finding out not a good company.

Easy and fast online ordering. Great prices and discounts. Great print! I recommend.

I really liked the banner they created for me. It's a great price for the product. Just make sure you know how to use their website (write down login info and make sure you can login) and have someone to contact via email or phone; they can also help you with their online chat (very helpful) and they make sure you approve of the final product!

Difficult company to work with, always pay for extra fast shipping and they don't deliver

I've ordered from Best of Signs several times for my small business and am always impressed. Great products, the design and review process is awesome and they do take the time to make sure it's exactly what I need. The pricing is hard to beat and shipping has always been smooth. I am very happy with my purchases and will continue to use Best of Signs!

I placed and order on June 11th and the delivery date on my conformation email was June 26th. I needed my customers banners and flags for an event June 28th. I Made one change to my order, mind you the order had not even been started yet. This one change caused my order to be delayed until July 1st. I sent an email to customer service and let them know that I need my order by June 28th at the latest. The response was as follows:

Upon checking the order, we would like to inform you that, as per the current shipping method, the estimated delivery date is showing as July 1st. However, we do have the option to upgrade the shipping method for early delivery with additional charges.

As of now, we have placed the order on hold until we get a confirmation from your end on how to proceed with the order. Kindly note a delay in providing the confirmation may affect the delivery date.

My order has been placed on hold, that's absolutely the best way to expedite the order, let's put it on hold. I am so extremely frustrated with this company, the communication, and the customer service. At least is too late for me to pivot and get the banners from somewhere different. I am stuck with this crappy company one more time. The best part is they don't even care if your upset they just move on to the next customer!

Great quality and Cheap, Customer Service was outstanding, not what I expected.

I paid for express delivery and thought it was coming from Georgia. It was supposed to arrive (2 purchases) on Tue and Fri for my event on Saturday. They arrived the following Wednesday, days after my event. I was embarrassed to not have any signage! It came from India or something! If I had known it was coming across the world “express", I never would have expected it to arrive on time. I had no signage at my event, so zero stars.

Wow! My 8’x8’ vinyl banner with grommets is soo beautiful. The banner came out literally exactly how I designed it; it’s amazing. I created a design using cavna and uploaded to Best of Signs in pdf. I was so worried initially because I read reviews that the company was located in India. I’m in California. I selected the ability to see the proof. Each time, my proof was reviewed and responded to in about 2 hours. I requested a proof 2-3 times because I initially made a rectangle design but ordered a square banner (my error). Best of Signs stretched the photo to a square, in hopes of satisfying me and providing me with an alternative, but I opted to reconstruct my design, because the stretch did not look good. I resent it in and they sent me another proof, which i approved. I love that the proof shows a close up so that you can see the colors/design. The colors came out vibrant, just as I sent it. They were very patient with my many requests, and I was able to communicate great with the representatives. You will receive a text message for each proof, and it’s important to check the proof fast for faster process. The text will have a link to their site where you will review the proof and you have an option to accept or decline and provide a reason or new file. Please do not forget to mark the box requesting to receive a proof. It adds an extra hour or two but you know what you’re getting. I only had to call them on the phone once and that was before I even ordered to confirm that they were a real site because the prices and reviews were both great; it almost seemed too good to be true. My only issue is that I paid $15ish for priority and received an expected date of Thursday but did not receive the order until the following Monday. Luckily, I have many days before my event. And honestly, the banner is so beautiful that I cannot be mad at the 4 day delay (includes a weekend). Shipment was vid FedEx. No stars deducted for this beauty. I have already received so many compliments in just less than a day!
