Norley Moat House
We are a group which stayed at Norley Moat House recently. It was a wonderful experience and the property had all modern amenities. The owner Emily provided her personal touch which was greatly appreciated. She gave helpful advice whenever needed.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this house for a group.

Very trustworthy
Very clear website, pictures accurate to property condition. Clear details of what’s included and equipment in property. Easy to book, payment options and methods to pay also clear. Office staff very friendly, extremely helpful and polite. Have been booking holidays multiple times a year with best of Suffolk since 2014.

Would definitely book again
Really happy with our holiday and the best of Suffolk. The apartment was in a great location and the booking, checking in/ out process and the information provided were great.
The only small tiny criticism I would have is that the appliances in the kitchenette were a bit dated & tired but I wouldn't let this stop me booking again at all!

Pine Cottage Melton Woodbridge
I hired this cottage for 3 nights in late July. Tempted by very"clever" photography I paid £800 for the let which was already expensive but we thought should be worth it. What we found was a grubby little terraced house surrounded by wheelie bins on a narrow unmade road. Inside was dreadful - almost vertical stairs that my husband could not climb, 2 dirty worn old chairs that looked like dog beds, rooms full of old furniture and in the bathroom evidence of someone using the toilet without flushing. A complaint to the letting company has produced no apology or recompense. We were so disgusted with the property that we could not stay and had to find alternative accommodation- our holiday was completely ruined. Avoid at all cost.

We enjoyed an excellent 3-night-stay in Orford and explored the local area with some good walks. Best of Suffolk organised everything well and we want to return and also book the same property for our daughter’s 40th in 2022.

Excellent service
We return to Aldeburgh every year (except 2020 of course) and always stay at the Studio, which we now regard as a 'second home'. Best of Suffolk have solid reliable online processes and all went smoothly from start to finish. On the rare occasions we have needed to talk Best of Suffolk are easy to deal with, helpful, and professional.
