Stay well clear. After requesting a different size they take days to answer emails and when they do you don't get the answer to what you asked them. Still waiting after nearly 2 weeks. No phone number and it's just a glossy website to draw you in to an amateur company or drop shippers.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Everything seemed fine at first. Purchased two wedding rings and never looked back. Few weeks (Less than a month) a diamond fell off, We got in contact and they repaired it (No fault of our own) Weeks later again, the same diamond fell off, I got in contact to ask for information regarding a warranty or how I go about another repair as I dont expect a second one for free. Two weeks go by, No reply. I emailed again. Two months go by. No reply so I emailed again. I just frustratingly but politely sent a third email. I am not expecting a reply and now do not know what to do. They call themselves BESTTOHAVE but the only thing I would say they are the best at is completly Ignoring their own customers and supplying third world booga booga trash as "Jewellery" On top of that, The ring took so long to arrive I started to believeIt was being forged in Mount Doom.

To sum up BESTOHAVE...

Their customer service is so dead I thought about sending flowers.

The replies are rarer than the "Diamonds" they sell

I bought jewellary and recieved trust and abandonment issues.

Do not shop here ,You will purchase your own downfall.

I ordered a wedding ring for my partner which is too small, I messaged them asking if I could exchange it for the next size up but received no reply, I messaged them again but still no reply. We are getting married in 3 weeks time and my partner really wanted this particular ring. I think we'll have to find an alternative elsewhere which is extremely disappointing. I can't find a contract number for them

They have delivered scrap instead of the product ordered the scrap cost me Rs 999.00
Their email is not valid . So I cannot file for refund/return within their stipulated time frame which is 3 days!
I might take some legal action and going to report the Instagram chanel
I am thinking of registering a complaint against Instagram

Very bad I ordered 8 layers plastic shoe rack with door but I received 4 layers damaged rack without door.

Awful!!! Customer service is so bad they never get back . Product quality is rubbish !! Avoid !!!!!!

I bought our wedding rings from this company as they were so unusual and exactly what we were looking for. To say I am surprised at the service, design and quality would be a huge understatement. I am unbelievably happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Best To Have. Don't believe the negative comments as I don't think they are relevant to the company I have used. Thank you, Best To Have for providing the most important of our wedding purchases.

I bought this ring last minute for my wedding band because my grandmother’s ring which was passed down from generations was too big, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my decision.
The design is beautiful — the combination of deep blue stones with the sparkling detail in the centre makes it look elegant and far more expensive than it is.
The fit is comfortable, it feels sturdy, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery was fast and the price was fantastic for what you get.
It was also packaged in a lovely box.
I absolutely love it and would definitely recommend!

The rings we ordered arrived quickly via Royal Mail. The rings are absolutely stunning and we love them.

We brought a set of rings for our wedding after wearing for a week the couple of the stones had come out we message them and send because I had brought them 6 months before wearing them I wasn’t covered 6 months of wearing them more stones have come out and now the big stone has come out if you’re looking for these as wedding ring do not bother they are cheap for a reason I’m now without a engagement ring and having to buy another one

Most of the negative reviews here are about wrong website. Best2have.in seems like a fake company as opposed to besttohave.uk both are different companies.
People posting negative review are misinterpreting besttohave to be best2have(an indian scam company that sells cheap products with fake promotional videos).

Its not aa genuine company as they showed me in offer buy one get one free but I received only one product . When try to reach out to them there is no contact details where we can reach out to them . Very poor quality of product and also dont deliver the product as they promise because we are not finding any contact details for any kind of support on complaint of product. It seems they have opened this company to looting people and run AWAY. gUYS DONT BELIEVE ON THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE LOOTED ME .

This company cannot be improved, because primary requirement is customer satisfaction so in that point it becomes zero .we are believing the product image showcase but it's completely irrelevant product.Its a kind of betrayal.

This is a fraud working website Recently I order a product which was good in advertisement and I was shocked when I opened the order it was different . So don't order anything from this site

I got used and tempered product. There is no customer care number to complaint. Mail sent but no acknowledgement

You'll be hard pushed to beat their customer service and easy to navigate website. Out of stock items are clearly shown before ordering.
Their refund/exchange process was great and the telephone representatives were a delight to speak to (so refreshing in the days on "chats"!) Thank you BestToHave 😊

I recently purchased a ring from Best to Have. While it arrived a bit too big, I reached out to their customer service and was impressed by how quickly they handled the exchange — I had the correct size within a week! The whole process was smooth, and the customer service was fantastic. The ring itself is beautiful and great quality. Highly recommend!

Ordered a ring for my partner’s birthday and they only informed me the ring was out of stock AFTER I had paid. Not only did this mean the ring would not come on time but I emailed them to cancel my order and they never replied. Poor customer service - I’m surprised the website isn’t a scam

We ordered his and hers rings for our wedding, the staff were super helpful and responsive through email when I ordered the wrong size. Once I had my finger measured properly and informed them of the correct size they sent our new rings out straight away with just proof of postage that I was sending the originals back. The were so helpful and super fast and managed to get our rings to us just 2 days shy of our wedding. So grateful to them, thank you so much!
