Super helpful! Helped make our wedding happen!

We ordered his and hers rings for our wedding, the staff were super helpful and responsive through email when I ordered the wrong size. Once I had my finger measured properly and informed them of the correct size they sent our new rings out straight away with just proof of postage that I was sending the originals back. The were so helpful and super fast and managed to get our rings to us just 2 days shy of our wedding. So grateful to them, thank you so much!

AVOID COMPLETELY, sizes off, poor quality, no customer support

Ordered a set of his and hers rings, measured our fingers exactly and we both wear numerous other rings in our sizes, the ones we ordered were both too small yet being in our size. While this could, and should, be resolved with an exchange or a refund as promised on their website, they have been completely avoiding my emails, 3 sent now, and are not helping me at all with getting the refund I am entitled to. I will now be going through my bank to make a claim and flag this business for their unacceptable behavior.

Overall:
- Rings seem to be poor quality (possibly dropshipped)
- Ring sizing is too small
- No response to emails regarding order
- AVIOD!!!

I recommended them for my Tungsten…

I recommended them for my Tungsten wedding rings. And they're fine when things go well. However, my husband's original wedding ring was too tight. Seeing as the label got removed in the trying on process we just kept the ring.

Nearly a year after our wedding, I ordered the same ring again in the correct size. However it was the wrong thickness, it was to be 8mm instead of 6mm. So I reordered the 8mm and sent the 6mm back. I sent it via Evri tracked. I sent it back before the 30 days. As per this company's policy, you have to wait 2 weeks for them to refund. Well 2 weeks passed and there was no refund. I emailed and there was no answer.

I had to fight with PayPal to get my money back, something that even PayPal refused my appeal on because it was longer than 14 days and I had to call up after appealing to get my money back.

Best To Have are fine when things go well but getting your money back is a different matter. So if you're gonna order from them, order on a credit card and be covered by Section 75 because their customer service is a joke.

My Tungsten wedding ring is still doing fine a year later and I haven't had a problem. It's just their customer service which lets them down

Wouldn’t recommend.

Wouldn’t recommend this company. I ordered his and hers rings, both sizes were completely wrong, the men’s was 1 size too small and the woman’s was 2 sizes too small. I emailed the company twice and didn’t hear back until a few days after the second email. To return, the customer has to pay which is absolutely ridiculous. All in all, customer service was terrible and the sizing is completely off. If you do choose to use them, make sure to size up.

Poor quality broke after a few weeks wear

The beautiful tennis bracelet I gifted to my daughter at Christmas broke after less than 3 months wear. For £69.99 this is completely unacceptable. Sterling silver bracelets are made to be worn and loved. A £5 credit is worthless as I will never buy from this company again!

Stones fallen out

We ordered a triple ring set for our wedding, looks stunning so happy with it.....brought it in September but due to not getting married until middle of January it wasn't worn. In the middle of February I noticed a stone was missing from the middle ring! Sent email and was told as a gesture of goodwill they would repair or replace it. I sent it back at my own cost, got it back a week later, all good....week maybe two later a stone has now fallen out of one of the other bands!! So disappointed!

Disappointed

Brought a ring set from here, looked lovely until stone's fell out, since buying in September it has spent over 6+ weeks back at the menders . The ring has once again lost stone's (3rd time now) , I don't even wear the set every day due to work.I emailed over a week ago to say it has lost stone's but no reply. The ring is of no use to me with stone's missing, really disappointed 😔

Besttohave avoided and not trusted

Ordered his and hers wedding rings. Paid for express delivery as my fiancee is very ill and we don't have long left to get married.

They emailed to say all good.

Then the day after the rings should have arrived They said it would be another week, missing the wedding day.

Avoid this company.

Poor Quality.

Purchased on 18th May for my wedding 28th July. Completely ruined and tarnished after 5 months of normal wear, ring is not worn at work either. No excuse for this to have happened, poor quality. Have images to show how bad this is.

Terrible engraving - no refund

The engraving on the ring that I ordered was terrible. Half the engraving wasn't visible so the numbers were ineligible.
I ask for a refund and was repeatedly told that personalised items could not be refunded.
I am not accepting this and will let this company know what the law states about defective items and refunds.

Ordered 2 beautiful wedding bands with…

Ordered 2 beautiful wedding bands with I love you inscribed inside.
They came super fast and are the most beautiful rings we have seen.
The sizes are great and both mine and my husband to be rings fitted perfectly we adore them.
We will most definetly be buying from here again and will be telling other people.
Thank you so much best to have for beuatiul rings.

Good product and delivery "BUT" customer service is shocking. 3 emails to them as I need to return m, but no response. I hate businesses without proper customer service and a telephone number

Amazing customer service/after sales service

I bought the gold men’s eternity ring. After some time some of the gold plating had rubbed off around the edges and the ring lacked lustre. I contacted Bestohave and they were so kind and helpful. They just told me to send my ring back. Within days they posted me out a replacement ring with no quibbles or questions. I felt I needed to congratulate Bestohave on their excellent quality of customer service and after sales, which in this day and age it a rarity. I am very impressed. Thank you so much.

Beautiful rings, slow to fix and return

EDITED:

Review changed from 1* to 3* as since raising the issue online the ring was sent within 48 hours.

The rings themselves were part of a set and are beautiful and outstanding quality for their price. I love them.

ORIGINAL REVIEW (1*)

I ordered a beautiful set of rings for my wedding. One ring had a gem missing so with no fuss they told me I could send it back for a replacement.

I sent the ring back on the 1st September as they requested.

It is now the THIRD OF NOVEMBER and despite countless chasing I have no ring. I am getting married in a couple of weeks.

There is no number and most emails are ignored. I have no idea what to do.

It seems I have lost my money and my ring.

If anyone from besttohave reads these please get back to me, I really want my ring and will change my review once this is resolved.

Returned an item to be told they haven’t received it, it has been 4 weeks and whenever I contact I’m just being told when they receive they will sort. Poor customer service.
