I have had a big problem with my lay z spa . I’ve had it for about a year now it’s got a bulge in the side / the lid is constantly flat and the liner has a hole in it so keeps deflating. I have a two year warranty. I filled in the claim form with all the relevant information and heard nothing . Tried lots of different phone numbers they just do not answer. It says your estimated wait time is ten minutes thirty minutes later still no answer . I even had your estimated wait time is less than two minutes . Don’t make me laugh. Still couldn’t get through . I want my hot tub working for the summer . I feel my only option is to buy a new one somewhere else . Would not use this company again

Pools not as pjctured I bought a fish n friends family pool because of the fish decals pictured but when I opened and inflated it around 20 big warning Patches covered 80% of the fish decals shown on the box!!! The item pictured on box should be item u receive!! Total waste of money

Really impressed with this product - easy to put up, great quality and accessories (Pool steps, filter etc). Definitely get the pool chemical starter kit to go with. We are loving it, a great pool for all the family.

Although held up at delivery warehouse, the driver was very helpful taking the heavy boxes up to the pool area. We’ve had this pool before (6 yrs ago before the uprights finally rusted) so we knew how to put it up. Looks great and is in constant use!

Excellent....I honestly am so pleased with this blow up bed ...I've slept on it for a week whilst friend staying etc..and am very impressed with comfort and sturdiness of bed.....just deflated it (after friends visit) and popped into holding bag...really good product.

I am now on my third lazy spa Maldives - as the first two that went wrong (pump failed on both) within two years of purchase from a third party supplier I was told not covered until warranty. I purchased a third (wished I hadn't) directly from Lazy Spa website and registered the warranty which was accepted. After one summer the tub started leaking. I activated a claim and the amount of hoops they wanted me to jump through to diagnose the issue was impossible. They wanted me to put the tub up on 4 chairs and fill it to see where the water was coming from. I physically am unable to do this plus we have been on a hosepipe ban just lifted now. Filled and set up then the following day found the plug had burnt out damaging my electrician fitted outdoor (weatherproof) socket. Have provided photos etc o nclaim but no response to date. Advice would be to save your money and buy a hardshell tub in the first place.

Really disappointed with the quality of the products and the after-sale support. Bought an all-weather above ground pool set last summer. This included the sand filter. Unfortunately the plastic housing of the filter has cracked and separated from the motor - not even lasting 12 months. This is very low quality. Customer services refusing to take any responsibility or replace the item. Will have to purchase new, but will be looking at Intex instead now - lost confidence in Bestway.

It’s absolutely useless. It does not suck up any of the debris on the bottom of the pool. It was a waste of bloody money.

Does what it says on the bottle. Fantastic job.
