I paid for the 2 day delivery to ensure I had my new sleeping mat for an upcoming trip that weekend and did not receive it till 2 weeks later! Bestway did refund the delivery cost but I ended up having to buy an interim mat for that weekend.

Item arrived on time, very pleased with the product, my grandson absolutely loves his trampoline, perfect for him, easily assembled, definitely recommend, overall very pleased with service.

I purchased a mauritius spa june 2020. The lid like all of them have weak spots on the seams. Mine went on the seam 25months after purchase. Went to buy a new one on bestway and lay z spa sites - out of stock. Signed up for stock alerts on both sites using 3 different email addresses so as not to miss any alerts - so thats 6 ways to notify. Then I also used visualping website to track the sites to alert if any changes. I STILL CANNOT BUY A LID for this. Emails to cust services yield same polite response of not sure when in stock - yet they are still selling this model. 4 years and still trying to buy a jeffing lid. £800 for a massive heavy paperweight.

Quick delivery, no issues with product. The only thing I marked down for was that the repair patch that came with it didnt actually match my pool, it looks like it's from a different style pool due to the pattern on it. Thankfully I haven't needed to use it but because it doesn't match I actually would not be able to use it because it sends my brain crazy (It's more of a me issue) However, overall it was a good service 🙂

The Bestway site is clear and easy to navigate. I ordered the recommended item, which arrived within a short space of time. All in all a really good experience.

Very difficult to resolve any issues. Poor customer service after purchase. Gave up in the end, but put me out of pocket. Will consider a different brand next time.

Hard to say who's at fault here as I ordered the product through Amazon. However, the sleeping mat I purchased arrived two weeks late, long after the trip I had planned. Amazon had already issued a refund and so I bought an alternative mat elsewhere. Now I am being asked to take the parcel to a drop off point for return which is incredibly inconvenient for me as I don't drive and have little free time. If I fail to do so, Amazon will eventually take another payment from my card. I've been unable to contact Bestway and I'm now facing having to pay for something I no longer need due to no fault of my own. Two weeks late is really pretty bad. I've obviously no confidence in the company now.

All arrived but not using until May so unable to comment at this time

We found it easy to inflate, it's good that it higher up than others off the floor.
Not used it for more than two nights, so can't say how it would stand up if used for a longer period.

Speed of delivery and updates along with the great service from the delivery team.

My inflatable mattress never arrived. I had to ring re the fiasco with the courier then had to ring to request my refund when the mattress was returned to sender as the courier failed to deliver.
