Well... simply put AVOID this site at all costs as they DO NOT LIKE PLAYERS WHO WIN!

I usually stake £100 on single markets but this was quickly restricted down to around £10 after winning my initial bets.

The withdrawal process was painful to say the least but I managed to become fully verified (be prepared to go as far as taking a selfie while holding up your passport next to your face). Then withdrawals were processed on a daily basis.

However, I managed to win around £500 in total even though my stake amounts were severely restricted. Then all of a sudden with no notice, my account was suspended for no good reason and my last winning bet of around £75 (if I remember correctly) was not even paid out!

You have been warned!

I signed up with betstorm last weekend on a bet £10, get a £30 free bet. Unknowingly, I entered the promotion code, BET30 in the wrong place, needless to say I didn’t get my free bet.
However, on contacting customer support and explaining my mistake, Daniel has manually added a free £30 bet to my account having no obligation to do so. Also, I’ve already withdrawn cash from the account with no issue and very promptly.
I guess there are many people who just don’t positively review.

Omg, what a horrible company. I won £600 and i went through 3 days of hell verifying my identity and payment method etc…… Theres no phone number to ring. After lots of threats and endless emails to them , they gave in. Never again

Bad website, signed up to free bet off but could not get as somewhere along the like I clicked something to do with casino rather than sport?? Bad customer service all bad really, would definitely not recommend wasting your time with them!

Disgusting company. When the World Cup was on I signed up for the bet £19 get £66 in free bets promotion. I put 19 on Tchouameni to score vs england at 19/1. I was buzzing. The money- £323 goes straght into my betstorm balance. It lets me withdraw it and the £66 free bet becomes useable. I put it on Messi to score vs Croatia for around £90. It comes in again. It has been nearly a MONTH, and the original money I withdrew is not in my bank account. AND I never even got the Messi winnings atall even though the bet won. What a disguting company I would love to know how to get my money I’m owed.

Good experience. I registered with them but had a little issue, went on live chat where my issue was solved within minutes by Jessica, highly recommend the website because of the service i got on live chat, they have pretty good bonus as well, just dont win over £200 with the bonus because £200 its max

Company will do anything they can to stop a payout so will just keep moving the goalpost to stop any money coming out and will probably be why there review score is so low

Opened and account with bet storm on Friday and deposited followed all the steps too verify my account and was then told I had entered the wrong code for my bonus and then was told my identification that I had been verified on was now not enough, and too top things off my winnings they are refusing too give too me as my account is now suspended for some strange reason and all I keep getting told is the relevant team will email me at a later date. Stay away from this dreadful site. Needs closing down

Are Betstorm,Britain Bet and Tebwin the same?Just discovered that I have same entries on betting slip for the last two companies and I don't even have an account with them!Leeds v Elche/Uraguayian reserve game.I think if we went to Malta we would find them all operating from same office...how on earth can I have a betslip in sites I'm not even signed up to?

Opened an account, deposited the relevant amount in order to receive the bonus - made sure that I followed the criteria precisely using the correct code. Guess what? No bonus applied.

Went to live chat which took an eternity to respond. Laila then proceeded to tell me 3-4 times that I hadn’t entered the relevant code!

Then I see that they charge to withdraw funds so they don’t really care if you withdraw your money or not.
