I bet 19 pounds to get 66 free bets won 85 on (American horse racing) no free bets and still trying to get verification sorted a week later nothing I upload in any format is good enough and takes over 24 hours to fail and chat is a joke not had 1 email ever of them even though they have it?

Deposited as a new customer and entered promo for a bonus.

Unfortunately the bonus didn’t turn up and upon talking with someone on their chat line. They tell me there is nothing they can do.

Then they can’t cancel my bet for a refund even tho I deposited under false pretences

Deposited and placed code as instructed and placed the amount needed to get bonus never received bonus after contacting them kept bringing up T&C about bonus total farce so I’ve gave up and won’t be using betstorm again ? Why advertise when you don’t give the bonus after the deposit and code was placed

Demands unreasonable level of documentation to withdraw winnings, but not to deposit. Truly scummy practices

I decided to join this site - having read reviews that it was a good site. However, I wish I had checked trust pilot first.

I managed to win some money from my deposits - and got my first withdrawal pretty quickly. I then had another win and boom - they start asking for all sorts of ID. I send it in - and my ID gets accepted, but they won't accept a bank statement from new banks, so I send in a statement from a traditional bank - and it gets refused, I then send in a utility bill - and guess what - it's been refused - so I send in a statement from my business account - and boom...refused!

It has now been going on for over a week, on a daily basis - and when you contact their online chat, you are just told to send something else. I have now exhausted the documents I am able to send in for proof of address and they are still not wanting to pay out my winnings.

Steer very clear of this company, fortunately, I am not desperate for the money! I feel for those that are though - and am now looking into legal action instead!

Oh wow, I wished I had looked at this. I bet £10 on a weekend bet but nothing has been confirmed. I received an email saying it should be confirmed within 24 hours however again, nothing has been added. I have provided documents of all my ID which I now regret. This now seems unlikely to get my winnings. Will tell all my friends etc to avoid this at all costs, and will look to file a complaint with the gambling commission and will tell my bank I've been scammed. Thankfully only deposited £20.

BET ELSEWHERE!! Happy for you to deposit and bet but when you win and try to withdraw they want all sorts of ID (which is against gambling commission rules when they could have asked for ID before depositing).
I can guarantee that the pics you send of your ID will be rejected and you will be stuck in limbo. Take my advise and AVOID!!

Withdrawl payments taking far to long to process. I have been on the live chat and they keep ignoring
, or brushing me over by saying its under review. I have also emailed the support email and they have not responded. keep getting ignored. I have 3 withdrawls outstanding. Total amount of 5.5k. I need Guidance on how to press legal action on them. This is the first time this has every happened . I press charges untill the my withdrawls amounts have been paid. Clearly states on there terms and conditions thst after 1 business day the withdrawl status should change from pending to processing. The status on my still say pending after 5 working days.
What the hell is going on ! Is this scam.if so as I meantion if I do not get a response within the next 48hrs I have no other choice but start to press charges and legal action on this company.

Had my money and over the last week I won £1100. They are refusing to pay me as my original driving licence, original passport, original bank statements, original card used to add funds and 2 bills with address are not I. D apparently so they refusing to pay. I've had to go to the The Sun newspaper, police, my bank and solicitor to start the ball rolling to get my money from this con con company! Cathy the only lady who works on chat is insultive, lies, ignores and then cuts you off in the middle of your conversation!! So so rude and security only work 1 hour a day in the morning and ignore emails the rest of the day.... Very very bad jokers..... Do Not put funds to this con company and invest with reputable companies and don't loose your money with these very bad amateurs!

this is a scammers site.I played roulette and won £ 2900.when I asked for the withdrawal they told me they would not pay me because I was using a strategy.I never used strategy in my life,I hope someone will help me or I will lose my money due to fault of these scammers. This had never happened to me with other companies

They are not in existence to operate like a bookmaker at all, they don’t communicate and they don’t honour their sign up bonus.

Thank Christ I only deposited the minimum £30 and didn’t go in as I usually might.
