Great gym with lots of investment
Great gym with lots of investment over the past 2 years. Gym can get busy at times as it seems that the centre is a victim of it's own success but the pool and soft play are thoroughly enjoyed by my kids.

We have the junior membership. The facilities are ok and the staff is attentive.

Does exactly what I want
Does exactly what I want. Contactless entry, changing rooms are clean, pool is clean and not too busy. 1 thing has always bugged me, and that is that there is no route from the pool change area to the sauna & steam rooms. I either need to get dressed and then change again into my damp swim suit for the sauna, or risk running through the centre in my swim suit and back again. As someone who uses the pool and the gym, I’d like to say that swimmers like saunas too, it’s not just gym goers!

New membership
Fairl easy to join on-line. Booking sessions nice and easy. Personally, I had a few issues booking whole system said menbership was 'pending'. But a quick chat at reception serms to have sorted tbings. Entry by taping phone is unneceserilly slow gendrally taking several attempts.
Staff appear friendly and helpful and facilities in the gym and swimming pool are pretty good.

Toilets
Everytime I swim the toilets in the ladies pool area are awful. Always at least 2 blocked and no toilet roll. No soap and dirty. Otherwise it’s all good

This is not the standard of cleanliness we expect, and we understand how frustrating and unpleasant this must be. Your comments regarding blocked toilets, lack of supplies, and overall cleanliness are very concerning and will be shared with the centre management team so this can be addressed as a priority.

Staff great! Lovely, clean facilities. We could do with a better choice of motivating/engaging music on the gym floor when doing strength or stamina sessions please! The current choice is awful 😖
