Leatherhead Leisure Centre has improved enormously since Better took over. A lot of improvements were necessary and obviously they can’t all be done at once, but the changes made have been welcome... Voir plus

Toilets
Everytime I swim the toilets in the ladies pool area are awful. Always at least 2 blocked and no toilet roll. No soap and dirty. Otherwise it’s all good

Thank you for your feedback. We’re really pleased to hear you enjoy swimming with us, but we’re very sorry to hear about the condition of the toilets in the ladies’ pool area.
This is not the standard of cleanliness we expect, and we understand how frustrating and unpleasant this must be. Your comments regarding blocked toilets, lack of supplies, and overall cleanliness are very concerning and will be shared with the centre management team so this can be addressed as a priority.

Staff great! Lovely, clean facilities. We could do with a better choice of motivating/engaging music on the gym floor when doing strength or stamina sessions please! The current choice is awful 😖

My experience meed more classesat better is great
My experience at better is great. The one down side is not being able to book the classes I want to do as they are always fully booked
They need to put on more of the popular classes so everyone gets a chance

We started swimming lessons 4 weeks ago…
We started swimming lessons 4 weeks ago and my daughter absolutely loves it, we have seen progress already. Jasper has been excellent with Tilly and I can’t fault the company at all 🙂 The facilities are really nice and clean, they have a lovely little cafe that does a lovely coffee, the viewing area is very spacious too.

Very good leisure centre
I have recently joined this Gym. Very nice Leisure centre. The staff are very kind and very helpful. cafe is very nice and even the staff over there who are working are very kind. I am being following Yoga ,the teachers are very kind and helpful.The atmosphere is very good & clean.
i haven't used all the facility yet.So do not know about Swimming pool areas and other classes yet. That is why not giving 5 star now.
Furthermore, the reason I didn't give 5 star because all the time staff are not around in the gym. i was there more than 1 hr doing gym staff were not there, I have to get help and advise from the members who were there to use the machines. Don't know whether they are showing me correctly.
