Selection of Molymod kits for teaching chemistry arrived 2 days after processing to the very north of Scotland. All were in stock and in perfect condition on arrival. Excellent selection of Molymod kits and online site easy to use and Molymod kits less expensive than anywhere else. Order more kits, as was impressed with their service.

I placed an order with BE and within minutes customer service replied letting me know that what I had ordered was in stock and marked my order as urgent as I needed some chemicals by the end of the week. This is what customer service should be like. Other companies need to take note!

Outstanding customer service. Not only have we been very happy with the quality and price of all the products we have purchased, but the customer service is outstanding. Jess Thornton kept in communication with me regarding a certificate of analyses that I was looking for. Jess went to great lengths to chase the certificate so that we had it in time for an audit, Jess chased the supplier and kept me updated at all time points to ensure we had this information. 100% would recommend using better equipped, I plan on purchasing more of our consumables from them in the future. Very happy customer.
