Disapointed in financial department service. I called to have haul away added during pickup and instead of charging my Visa the $99 fee, the service rep added the entire purchase price onto the card. I had to call the next day after getting an alert from my bank to have it corrected - which took several days.

Great team! Knowledgeable and friendly! Products are priced well and delivery was a smooth process.

A when they have the big tent sales you get a whole lot of stuff cheap

The buying process was flawless as we worked with a very knowledgeable employee, Cory, who explained things very well. We did encounter a delivery problem, but the store manager was quick to resolve it. Note to the delivery company: If your delivery is going to be over 2 hours past the given window, please let the customer know about it.

Everything was quick and easy. My washer was broken, brand new out of the box and had it replaced the next day, no problems or questions asked. Top notch service.

So far my experience with Big Sandy has been great. Im still waiting for my nightstands and dresser, but so far its been good.

The men who delivered our couch were efficient and did a great job getting it up stairs and into a small apartment.

If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT BUY from these people. They refuse to handle repairs and stay in touch with you. We've had a chair that has been totally unusable for the past two months. Whenever I attempt to reach out to them, crickets. I've tried calling and leaving a message, I've gone into the store, I've tried reaching out on LinkedIn for goodness sake, crickets from them. If you want cheap products that they register to deal with after the fact this might be the perfect place for you

If you want quality customer service, avoid this place, they refuse to keep you on the loop on repairs, they send out nighttime techs and then forget to order parts, they lose notes. We reached out to the first tech and he showed us where he sent things in, the store conveniently could not find it.

This has been going on for two months, at this point my family has a bet to see of they ever reach back out to us or if we need to turn the totally and completely unusable chair into a board sanctuary on the back yard because I have zero faith that they will ever actually obtain the parts.

I still have not received my mattress and ordered it on the 12th ...

They said they would keep me updated on my special order purchase and I have not heard from them since I ordered my furniture and I feel that this review is not a fare review because I haven't received my furniture yet, when I receive my furniture I would like to give my honest review.

I received the chair with a small hole in seat then was given the run around and delivery drivers need to do better not drop furniture from truck or smell like a pot factory or like the just lit one up before walking in

All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Delivery team was great and you do a great job on communication for delivery.

Delivery guys were quick ,efficient, polite and very knowledgeable. Impressive!
