they sent chewable tablets not the nanoparticle capsules that make it to the small intestine, per their advertisement. They acknowledged the error and promised to send a replacement with tracking number. A month later they said they are having delays. 6 weeks and nothing. Phone number is bogus, address on website is bogus.

I ordered the CAPSULES and received some chewable tablets. The whole idea was to take capsules that bypassed the stomach to dissolve in the intestines. Bait and switch. I paid $490 and was not happy with the product. When I contacted them for a FULL refund, they offered half at $245 instead of the hassle of returning the product. I agreed. I waited 12 days, and when I didn't see a refund on my account, I called and they offered me $170. I said NO, and then they reluctantly refunded the $245 we agreed upon to my account. Very bad company to offer one product and send a totally differnt one!

I placed order this morning after watch a video about berberine and chromium helping diabetes. I paid 400.00. A received a email from Cartpanda saying my purchase was accepted. I also received an email saying they saved my card information on Metapay, I don’t have Metapay! I called later today may 5hours later and they said I couldn’t cancel as my payment was processed. Since then I received 3 separate phishing/fraud emails which Netgear armor blocked. Cancelled my card.

Products was not as advertised. Instead of capsules, I received chewable tablets. After 60 days use and no apparent benefit, I was going to ask for a refund. The phone number given is not assigned. Help line is bogus as well. I went to CartPanda which seems to be part of the scam. The young lady immediately offered to give me a 25% return. And keep the product. I said no. She offered me 50%. I initially said no, but after hearing the ridiculous return policy I decided to cut my losses and agreed to 50%. Hopefully they follow through. BioNature is a shady business.

I was about to order the Berberine and Picolinate combination online at Bionature's website when my phone rang. This guy claiming to be with Bionature was insisting I order with him for an additional discount and pay over the phone. The first discount was about $23 & something told me to not trust this guy so I told him I would stick with ordering online. Then he offers a further discount & I asked why he is pushing me to order online. I finally said enough and hung up. He has now tried calling me back at least 6 x in a matter of a couple minutes. This is very suspicious so I will not be ordering this product.

I ordered a supplement on the Bio Nature Inc website and received a totally different product. I paid 316.00 for a product that is not what I ordered. I attempted to contact the merchant with the contact info on their website and contact info is not valid. I also contacted CartPanda who shipped the product and I received a virtual response saying they would forward my Wrong Product Shipped email but have not heard back. I would not recommend anyone to buy through this merchant.

On the website, the listed phone number is a false number. The support email address is a false address. They showed a video of Dr Takashi Kadowaki of Japan recommending Chromium Picolinate and Berberine to reverse Type II Diabetes and insulin resistance. There is no actual video of Dr Kadowaki recommending ANY supplements! There is no product guarantee and no customer support! In addition the product on the sales page has Chromium Picolinate, the product I received has Chromium Polynicotinate; a different substance for different uses.

Don't be scammed! The product you will receive is different from the picture. It suppose to be German product. It says made in USA and it costs cosmic money. They asked me not to file claim via PayPal and promised a full refund. But now I have to pay a post expense for my stupidity.
