Black Barn Computers supplied me with a refurbished Dell desktop computer in immaculate condition which has performed excellently. I have purchased many refurbished computers over the last 25 years, some from 'big name' companies, and none has equalled the quality of the machine supplied by Black Barn computers. The company's website is clear and informative and any queries I had were handled promptly and efficiently. Furthermore the computer, monitor and other components were packaged so well I think it could have survived an earthquake!

I built my own Rig about 10 Years ago, now with prices getting so high it worked out far, far cheaper to have one built. The build was great and just what I needed. Delivered by courier, nice and quick once built. I did phone them while they were building it and added a couple more SSD drives and they were happy to do. Also for piece of Mind I Added an extra Year for the warranty giving me 2 years. Runs much better then my old one which died and really did need upgrading I just never got round to it because the prices were just getting so ridiculous.

Was very impressed overall. Ordered 2 pc systems inc mouse, keyboard, monitor at 8am Thursday. Received an email at 9am from Wesley informing me that the 22" Dell monitor was not available but would I like it replacing with a 24" Samsung? Yes please. Both PCs arrived 11am Friday morning, very well packaged. Set up was simple and trouble free. Great service. However I had read the Trustpilot reviews so my expectations were high but Wesley did exceed them :)

Just seems unusual nowadays to get what you pay for, in terms of everything happening as it should from order, to delivery info, to delivery, to item being as advertised. It was a used/refurbished in top condition. Happy with it. Hope it lasts longer than my previous monitor, different brand, which failed 6 months out of guarantee.
