Really happy with our door knocker! Lovely item and well made! Great company to deal with and excellent customer service from Rhiannon. Thank you!

We had made a beautifully crafted daffodil for my aunties grave. It is absolutely wonderful and just what we wanted. I highly recommend this company!

Had a lovely experience buying with this company. Rhiannon on customer service was easy to communicate with and the quality of my purchase was fantastic. It was very reasonably priced and arrived very quickly. Overall a very positive experience

We are really pleased with the heart wall hook we purchased from Ben Knowles. It is so beautifully crafted, and we wanted a special hook for our hall wall. Thank you too to Rhiannon for her wonderful customer care.

Great quality, delivered quickly and securely, happy to recommend. We’ve been back and bought something else since, that was also great.

Bought a recycled cutlery Robin from Etsy this week. A beautiful and unique gift which I can't wait to give. Quick delivery, and well packaged. Really good quality.

Excellent! Antique air bricks and a christmas deer wine rack. All as described and very prompt delivery. Highly recommended!

I ‘ve bought a few things from Black country metalworks and always been delighted with the quality and also the customer service.

Every bit as good as it looks in the photos. A wonderful item.

I bought a stunning bird made from a spoon from Black Country Metal Works. It is so so unusual. Well constructed and excellent price. Would make an amazing unusual gift. I love birds and have bird ornaments but this is something special. Highly recommend. Shout out to Rhiannon huge thanks for everything. To all keep doing an amazing job.

I have bought 3 items from this company. The 1st item was a large parasol which got damaged by the courier no fault of the Black Country metal works, which was replaced when new stocks arrived, which arrived in the timeframe discussed.
2ndly I bought 2 aluminum Herons for my pond which were real life size. They were beautiful, very solid and well made, packaged very well and arrived in within 3 days. I communicated directly with Ben and all questions answered swiftly. I can highly recommend this seller and you won't be disappointed.

Beautifully crafted lanterns, that were even more stunning than I expected. I bought six and they look really pretty hanging from the pergola in my garden. Arrived promptly and packaged carefully. I cannot fault this company and will certainly use them again. Rhiannon was particularly knowledgeable and helpful when I rang to ask for more information. Amazing company…. buy with confidence that you’re getting a stunning item at a very reasonable price for the amount of craft and care gone into making it. I will buy from them again. Fantastic!!!!

I purchased an upcycled robot holding a butterfly for my daughter’s birthday. It was such a lovely object, well constructed, solid and yet whimsical with the butterfly element. They must be popular as the butterfly colour I originally ordered had gone. The team got back to me very quickly to offer choices of different colours and all was great. I think the price was very reasonable, it was packaged really well, no damage on posting. I have just ordered something else from this business as I know they can be trusted to provide excellent customer service, thanks Rhiannon and all the team, your products are wonderful. I would, and have, recommended to others. N. Herbert

Great communication with the seller and the item arrived quickly. This will be a christmas present for my grandad. Great craftsmanship and good idea for sustainability. I always like to find something different. Thanks to Rhiannon and the team!

Excellent service from start to finish. Holly Copeland was incredibly helpful, friendly and efficient throughout the ordering process, keeping everything straightforward and making sure I had all the information I needed.

Really impressed with the level of customer service from Black Country Metalworks and particularly Holly. Would happily recommend.

Customer service and communication from Rhiannon was excellent. I love my robin made of cutlery and also bought 3more for my friends as they all loved Mr Robin as well. Thanks for your great creativity!

I ordered a piece of wall art steel lily pads in brushed gold and chrome. They arrived within timescale and are simply stunning! The piece looks amazing on my wall. Excellent communication from Rhiannon thank you. I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.

I'm obsessed with this beautifully crafted item. Fits beautifully in our quirky 1930s arts n crafts house

Ordered a mailbox from Ben after looking for a long time for something that was quality and looked great . I wasn’t disappointed the product is high quality , functional and looks great on our old farm house . Highly recommend this high quality product

Bought a Kingsway bronze lamp which I assumed was bronze and manufactured by Black country metalworks. The lamp turned out to be aluminium and made in china, and upon further search I have discovered that more lamps were mass-manufactured rather than made by small local artisans.

I was confused and disappointed and wrote a review here questioning the practice: For a customer who came to the website for artisan items, from the website presentation it was easy to assume that all items were manufactured by blackcountry in the UK and there was not much done to set other expectations.

Customer support reached out immediately to understand where my expectations were not met. They explained their partnership model in great detail
- many items they sell are manufactured / designed by black country but they also partner with artisans\suppliers to expand the offering
- the lamp in question was provided by a UK-based company with majority of production being Europe-based
I provided additional feedback on material / supplier transparency that the team will be looking into and we were able to find a resolution that left everyone happy.
Thanks Claire for listening to the feedback and turning the experience around for me!
