Easy click and collect
Click and collect from the store was easy. Arrived pretty quick and when I collected they found my order straight away. Unfortunately the hat I ordered was too small for my massive head so I had to return it. In store return was quick and easy and refund came through straight away

Emmanuel was very attentive
Emmanuel was very attentive and helpful. Infact the young lady we saw on entry was nice and the young man at the till was too, he pointed out some offers. A very nice visit all round. We bought some walking shoes.

Wasn't notified click and collect ready to collect
Edited: Blacks, thanks for letting me know that I can contact you if I want to discuss my review by contacting Customer Services. As you will see from my review, I already contacted Customer Services and didn't receive a reply!
Ordered some waterproofs for my kids school trip for click and collect but didn't receive email to say it had arrived. Sent email to customer service but no response. Bought them elsewhere. After a week and a half, went into shop to ask where order was and it was sat out back but noone had actioned it. Got a refund.

Really great service.
Good advice, good explanation of the differences in design.
Many thanks to Nion for diving in and out of the stockroom grabbing many pairs of trainers due to an inept old bloke with odd sized feet.
