Service was ok. Realised after leaving the store that the jacket I bought was 20% cheaper with Blacks online. Quite a significant difference. So maybe check online before buying in the store.

Tried on some gloves in store. Another website had them much cheaper online, but the sales advisor was able to discount them to price match. Very helpful and quick process.

Amazing service
I went to the shop today to buy walking poles, required due to a bad hip needing replaced. The girl who served me (sorry I didn't get her name) was amazing. It turned out that she had been in the same situation with her hip (twice) so she knew exactly what I meant and what I needed. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated the time the spent with me and the advice she gave. She cheered me up immensely, made me feel so positive and now finally being able to walk without limping, with the help of the poles, for the first time in months is incredible. Thank you so much, I'd give the shop 100 stars if I could!

Trip to Dundee to buy work clothes for our outdoor business - the staff there couldn’t have been more helpful! Lisa and a young guy (didn’t get his name) were great, answered every question we had and we’re keen to help if they could without being pushy, which we really appreciated. A great service we will definitely be back
