Very helpful
Went into the store looking for a sleeping bag for my daughter, not long after ive enter the store a member of staff named Sussy, made a friendly approach and helped choosing right size and explained that I should go for the 200 as the 300 would be to warm for my daughter for this time of the year.. i wouldnt know anything about it and probably would of grabbed the wrong one.. Great service and very polite

Excellent customer service from Anna today. I went in for some gas canisters. A four pack was £14 but, unprompted, she told me I could buy two packs for £16. A great deal!

Great, sensible service

Very helpful and knowledgeable service!
I went into the Blacks store in St Helier yesterday looking for good walking shoes, having already been into at least 6 specialist shoe stores. Fortunately Kiana was knowledgeable, helpful and clearly interested in her job and was able to provide good advice. She was very good to deal with and is someone I would commend to her management as worthy of promotion when the opportunity arises. Great service!, thanks Kiana.
