Patient and helpful
For some reason I couldn't order online, the form didn't like my phone number! I went into the store and although they didn't stock what I wanted Anna was really helpful. She ordered my product and honoured the extra discount that was being offered online. Thanks to Anna for her patience and help.

Anna was very patient with me
Anna was very patient with me, originally I wanted to buy Merrell shoes but they were to tight. Ann suggested to try on the salomon ones and they felt very comfortable and light plus I actually liked the green colour. I was pleased to achieve my task of buying new pair of shoes. Good shopping experience
Popped into Blacks in Jersey to buy a mid layer top - but needed specific weight and thickness for bike packing trip. Angie gave her time to ensure I got the right top and was comfortable with my purchase. The staff there are very friendly and genuine. Thank you
