Bliss cars have been absolute amazing, dropped me and my sister to and from reading festival with no problems the drivers are so polite and so friendly. Would recommend to anyone!

Late for work because of these
Booked my taxi for 1:30 so I can get to work on time and they ring me at 1:26 to say they're going to be late so they have booked me a taxi with some other company on my behalf but for more money without my consent lol shocking service for sure will not use these again

Great service
Blisscars247 provided our family an excellent service for a recent trip to London. In addition to the competitive rate and a nice clean executive car, our driver, Hadi, was delightful - punctual, professional, polite, friendly and very helpful.

Terrible service
I have organise via phone a taxi to the Trainstation in Goring & Streatley, received a confirmation via text with confirmed costs (£22 from Withchurch to Goring) and 15 minutes before pick up from my home I received a call saying the price went up to £30 plus. An absolute joke, dishonest approach and will never use again. I really hope this business will close down. They think they operate abroad. Shame of you guys.

Unjustifiably expensive!
These guys claim to be the 'MOST FAVOURED & CHEAP TAXI IN READING'. That is what their website says. Nothing could be farther from the truth, however! I was charged £9 for a 3-4-minute journey for which I had previously (just a few hours ago) paid £6 (tips included). I tried to pay by card, and the driver told me that I had to get in touch with the main office. He also told me that the prices were fixed by the office... My advice to you: take a black cab!
Over a year later, they apologised for the inconvenience, but that does not change, in any way, the content of my review.

I would like to advise that we are an executive hire company hence are fares are different from Hackney carriage (black cabs). I can confirm that the fare which has been quoted is indeed our minimum fare. Blisscars247 does offer affordable rides- our fares are calculates upon the miles. as far as the hassle with the payment is concerned; we would like to apologise for the inconvenience you have faced. we do have facilities of paying on board however on that particular day our drivers machine had a technical error due to which the payment had to be taken by the office. A member of senior management has tried to contact you; we assure you at Blisscars247 we focus on our services and all feedback is considered for improvements. Thank you for your business.
