Are they colour blind
I ordered Champagne Begonia tubers which only arrived after sending a reminder. I planted them and was pleased to see them grow. However rather than develop into the champagne colour they were meant to be they were a bright orange. Certainly not what I ordered and not what I wanted

Slow, late delivery, and only half order despatched
If you actually receive anything, the bulbs are good. I contacted them 3 times over a month for delivery, each time was promised it would be despatched. Still nothing arrives. Today an email canceling most of the order because they've run out of stock. They're amateurs.

All mouth and no quality
I trusted Bloms to get my mixed order out in good time and top condition, seeing they had over three months to assemble it.
I was wrong. Nearly all the bulbs have been germinating inside the parcel in a warm place for weeks, as evidenced by green shoots poking out from unexpected places, twisted and looking very sad indeed. Did they pack it and forget it or are we blaming climate change? To say I'm disgusted and disappointed is an understatement. Never again.

Sternbergia lutea
I was sent Sternbergia lutea bulbs not fit for purpose. It is pictured on their website in a vase but one needs the bulbs before the end of October to force them in a vase. I contacted Bloms via their contact form on their website, no response. I am very disappointed.

Prompt delivery, excellent service
Prompt delivery. Unfortunately one tuber was unavailable and my account was credited. I telephoned as an option and ordered a different variety, excellent response and another 3 tubers and 1 extra as I still had 80p in credit was promtly delivered. Yes I will order my bulbs again from Blomsbulbs. Service - well done.

Reliable company good product
I have been a customer for a number of years. The one time I was not happy with the product I quickly got an apology and refund. Strongly recommend them for all bulbs especially range of tulips and Christmas bulbs
