The staff were really welcoming! The eye test was the most enjoyable I’ve had. They were especially helpful when it came to picking glasses that would suit me.

All the staff are super helpful and kind! Special thanks to Abdul, and the lovely french speaking man I unfortunately forgot his name… Thank you so much !

Everything went smooth and I am very happy with my 2 new pairs of glasses.
The eye test was quick and efficient, then Zozo was absolutely amazing in helping me choose my frames! He was super friendly and did not make me feel rushed at all (and I took at least 30 mins of his time!).
Both products feel sturdy and qualitative and although I had more "extras", the whole thing came out cheaper than my previous go-to optician!
Their Pair for Pair mission is also very cool.
You can really see Bloobloom's attention to details in every step of the journey!
And blue is my favourite color, so I'm loving the boxes, cases and totes.

I don't normally do this. I delayed buying new glasses for 4 years due to effort, wrong shapes, too expensive etc. but this whole experience has been a delight, cost effective and the glasses look great. I will be back....and it won't be 4 years.

Excellent company. Great service from friendly knowledgable staff. Felt very looked after in store but with no pressure. A free eye test with no obligation to buy. Loads of frames at a great price, no hidden extras, free try at home service, refund/exchange even with prescription lenses. Sustainable and ethical (they donate a pair for every pair sold). 10/10

I initially ordered a pair of glasses recommended by the sales person. When they arrived they were too tight and the lenses too thick. I sent them back and got the thinner lenses, then went to store for adjustments. On the third time asking for adjustments they said the frames were too small for my face and suggested I change to another frame. They could not do this in store as it was outside the 30 day window of my initial pair. Bloobloom agreed to exchange the frame as a one off, and I ordered the same frames I had my sunglasses from them in which fit well following small adjustments (which I stated in my message to them and that this is the reason I was ordering them). When the new frames arrived, they were too small and I went in for adjustments. Again on the second attempt at adjustment, the sales person said they are too small for my face. When he looked at the size inside the frame, he said they are smaller than the sunglasses and this is the first time he has realised this. He said I can't exchange them as it's outside the window of the initial frame. Staff at the branch tried everything they could and I don't fault them. I fault the company. The glasses are so tight they are painful to wear and leaving indents on my face.

Update: Laura has been really helpful and asked me to send the glasses back to the lab. Turns out the soda frame is smaller than all the other colours. She has organised for me to choose another colour in the same frame and will be sending these to me. I appreciate all of the extra help from Laura.

The process has been ongoing since February now and my overall experience has still been quite difficult, with lots of trips in store (around 8 so far). The staff in store and my recent customer service experience have been very pleasant, however, I was still recommended multiple pairs of glasses too small for my face. Also worth noting I don't have a particularly big head and I have worn glasses for over 15 years and have never had this issue before so not sure why it's been such a problem with this company.

The Optometrist was 'Rebecca' and she was fantastic. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and very professional; she made the whole experience very pleasant. 
I was initially greeted by 'Roxy' who helped me choose my new glasses; she was very lovely.

Absolute five star recommendation for bloobloom. Booking an eye test is easy (and free) - Daoud, the optometrist is lovely and explains all you need to know. If you're like me and a little unsure what types of glasses look good on you - this is your place. Abdul, who is a fantastic stylist, very efficiently helped me choose glasses that actually look great on me! I truly enjoyed the experience. Affordable frames, friendly service, big smiles and an overall fantastic experience. Thank you!

Mikey was exceptional - he greeted me warmly and guided me through several styles giving me honest opinions and suggestions along the way. I really felt that he took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted and advise me appropriately. He wasn't pushy, and did not overwhelm me with too much information which I often find when browsing. Mikey is honestly the reason I found the perfect pair of glasses today and I cannot thank him enough for the care he showed me today - I'll be a returning customer for sure! P.s. ALL the staff were lovely.

The service was really helpful. Mr. Ali helped me at the Canary Wharf location. He was very kind, and spent time helping me narrow options based on what suited my face (something I'm hopeless at). After my efficient eye exam was done, he also really clearly explained the process and different options for bifocals vs. regular, and how their pricing and returns/exchanges works. I like their flexible exchange policy (within 30 days so you can try them first), and that you can get a second pair for £40 off, even within the 30 days (so you can try the first pair to see if you like them first).

Bought two pairs of prescription glasses at the Spitalfields store in February: progressive lenses and tinted distance sunglasses. Staff assured me both were covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

The quality of the lenses and the build of both pairs fell short of expectations. I returned to the store to have the fit adjusted on both and to upgrade the lenses on the progressive pair. Before proceeding, I specifically asked whether the guarantee would renew for both pairs. I was repeatedly and clearly told yes. I paid an additional £150 on the basis of that information.

After the upgrade, I still wasn't happy with the quality. When I came back to return both pairs, I was told the sunglasses were outside the 30-day window from the original purchase. This directly contradicted what I had been told in store. The member of staff who gave me the original information was present and did not dispute it.

I was refunded for one pair only. The sunglasses were left at the store over a month ago. I have visited three times, two internal escalations have been raised in front of me, and I have received no response whatsoever. No call, no email, no refund.

£129 outstanding. Avoid if you value clear communication and basic customer service.

The Westfield branch is a complete disaster - avoid at all costs & go to another location or trust another company. The staff are not qualified or skilled in adjusting your glasses.

Been there in a Sunday afternoon. They were very busy but in no time I was assited by Shloka. She was truly wonderful - very helpfull, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Shloka assisted me with my glasses prescription and order of a new pair of glasses providing me important advice and information, being flexible in helping me choosing my new frames ( by the way you must check their frames! Are super modern, fashionable and come in a variaty of colours for each model) and to place the order.
If you want a new pair of glasses/ frames or new sunglasses definetely must go to Bloobloom! Best branch - Spitalfields :)
Even you do not need or want a new pair of glasses , still you should visit their shop - you will love their italian frames or Japanese inspired sunglases. And best part frames are super affordable!
