Scratch after 2 months, cheap quality

If you want low quality glasses, sensitive to scratch after 2 months of wearing just for reading, this is the right company for you.
Poundland glasses last longer than BloomBloom lenses.They advertise it is a scratch resistant, and got a scratch in no time. Of course you can get them fixed if you bay over £70. This was definitely the worse birthday present for my mum ever.

I love the 2 glasses I bought

I love the 2 glasses I bought. I also received free eye test and I used the prescription to buy prescription glasses and sunglasses where I got a discount on the second pair. I loved the in store service I received and I love how you can change the lens and how you get 30 days to trial them out. Service was excellent. I would also say it’s great value for money.

I literally can not fault Bloobloom. The product is fantastic, amazing value too. The website is brilliant, glasses delivered to your home to try what a brilliant service. I eventually went to the store in Westfield Shepperds Bush. The staff were fantastic, knowledgeable about the product, really friendly and a good giggle. Then just over a week later 2 pairs of glasses delivered to my home with zero issues. Honestly wouldn't consider going anywhere else. ❤️

Staff did not listen to me

After 3 attempts Bloobloom have still failed to supply me with a pair of glasses with suitable lenses. I've had a pair of Bloobloom glasses since 2022, these did take a visit or 2 to get it right. But with my latest experience, the staff did not listen to me and despite 3 makes of the lenses the prescription for screen work was still not right. Got a refund and going elsewhere. They were pleasant enough in refunding me.

The scratch resistance is poor.
On my second set of lenses having paid nearly the price of a the specs themselves to have the lenses replaced.
Scratched again. I expect this on a cheap pair, not on ones costing over £100.

Tiffany is the GOAT, super sweet and fast when collecting my order.
The staff there is patient and give really good recommendations, they don't come across as too salesy and actually have opinions when it comes to whether glasses suit or not.

The brand's independent design is creative and unique, and I appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship. I had a disappointing experience at the Notting Hill store, where a staff member told me to go to another location for a replacement, with quite a poor attitude.

However, my experience at the Westfield store was completely different. Arpit was extremely helpful, professional, and kind. She handled everything efficiently and made the process smooth.

I had a great experience in Bloobloom, Canary Wharf. The sales assistant knew the collection inside out, and was helpful in identifying frames that would complement my face shape and skin tone. I came away with a trendy and comfortable pair of sunnies that I’ve worn within the first 24 hours of purchase. Highly recommend.

Sent broken dirty glasses

Ordered a pair of glasses and had them for a month. The metal frame started coming apart and the screws on the arm were not able to be tightened due to faulty screws. Visited the Canary Wharf store where they told me they were not broken (even thought they needed to be sent away to be fixed) and that I should buy a new pair while they fix the old pair which I can then return and get a refund once I get my old pair back. Seemed a ridiculously convoluted solution that would have left me about £160 out of pocket. Instead they provided me a return box for me to send the glasses away and assured it would only be a couple of days. It took a week for my glasses to be retuned to me in the exact same condition that I sent them off. The frame was still broken, the screws were still the same broken screws and the only difference was that they had left dirty finger prints all over my glasses. I can’t believe the poor service and that they have packaged up a pair of broken dirty glasses to send me. I now have to return the glasses again and they are going to ‘investigate’ what went wrong the first time. The burden has always been on me throughout the entire process, which is ridiculous from a ‘premium’ branded company. I’ll be another week without glasses now and probably will receive the same broken dirty pair back. Will never be buying another pair of glasses from here and recommend no one else does
