Ordered last week and there was an issue with my order but it was Royal Mail who delivered to the wrong house so i contacted the company and they didn't hesitate in sending a replacement as it was a mothers day gift so great customer service

I bought a very sweet personalised item, and although I did encounter a problem with my order it was very quickly and well resolved.

I recently placed an order and upon receiving it, I realised that I ordered the wrong length chain. I emailed customer services and they explained that I could exchange this with them which was most appreciated. However, when the new order was sent back out, it never arrived and was sent to the wrong address. After speaking to customer services for a second time, they then posted a whole new order out FOC. Very quick response times and couldn't appreciate it more!

Bracelet arrived in perfect condition however the little charms came off and my niece was gutted.
I got in touch with bloom boutique who were quick to respond and have kindly replaced the full bracelet.
First class service.

I had ordered a personalised necklace for my daughters 18th and my friend had ordered the same one for my 50th sadly as they were kept for our special birthdays after us wearing them for a couple of times they discoloured I got intouch with them and sent pics after dealing with Chris replacement were sent out straightaway thank you for the excellent customer service

Excellent company, really have gone the extra mile even though we made a mistake when ordering they have accepting us to return the item (freepost) so they can swap out a birthstone for us. Amazing customer service and the necklace looks lovely can't wait to get it back so I can wear it.

A side note for those wondering is there is a disclaimer card that comes with the jewellery that it is costume jewellery and should be removed for showers, sleep etc to prevent damage and discolouration. I didn't know this when ordering and mostly leave my jewellery on 24/7 so I will have to remember to remove it.
