Great experience
I initially got a call from James who was great he explained everything to me and there was no pressure to sign up to anything. He listened to my needs and proposed the products that covered everything I needed. Giorgia then drafted everything and sent me the paperwork. Couldn't have been easier. Very happy with the service would definitely reccomend!

Begul and Zoe were extremely helpful to find appropriate insurances for us. Due to health issues myself most insurance companies declined to insure me but they did have the answer straight away when I made contact. They explored different opportunities to ensure to have the right and most suitable insurance. Communication all the way was great and they really moved to 21st century by using all tools possible to make the process easy. Sign online rather than us to download, print sign, and scan (which most companies require). They understood that we work and we get back as soon as we can, and often they went out of their way to contact us in the evening as it is more suitable for us.
So overall, I just could not be happier to go through them to get insurance. Easy, accommodative, and understanding service. They both definitely have compassion and empathy. Can't thank you enough!!!!

Really good service and genuine support for what you are looking for.
Called on time and gave good advice on what suited me rather then trying to sell me the top product. Even helped me to reduce the monthly payments. Milo was a really good guy!

I do not appreciate this and will look elsewhere.

I spoke to milo west-king and he was…
I spoke to milo west-king and he was very easy to talk to. He was very informed and I felt he was genuine in wanting to make sure my insurance was well suited to me. I also exchanged e.ails with Adrianna who has also kept me informed and updated on what next steps to take. She also put me in touch with Ben to arrange putting my cover into a trust which I am currently in the process of doing. Overall I am more than happy with the service blue light insurance has provided to me and I would recommend them.
