BMW Park Lane Avis 

I've had previously had my car serviced at Battersea park lane with an older car, now a change of car but not service consultant, Abigail Strawson polite and friendly dealt with my service and mot also looked into the discount for BMW to honour which I greatly appreciated great customer service.

Great experience, as always thanks to Abigail Strawson! I have been a client for BMW Battersea for 5 years now and I just had my annual routine service last week. Abby was the service consultant who booked me in asap without any hesitation. I was about to go on a holiday so she was able to squeeze me in just in time for me to make it. Thanks again for the friendly, quick and efficient service!

Jordan was a delight throughout. Professional and possessed of oodles of that most uncommon thing; common sense. The whole team at Park Royal is superb.

I had a breakdown issue with my car and had it taken over to the battersea BMW. I was fortunate enough to have Linda, one of the BMW staff, help me out. All in all I had a great experience with Linda assisting me with getting my car sorted out. Linda if you’re reading this, Thank you :)

Awkward handling on my mini after the traction went absent without leave. Thanks to Grant Davis and the team at Stewart’s Road it was recaptured. The car’s driving as good as new. Great job and excellent service.

Be very ..very careful when you are buying a car from BMW Park -Lane. Conveniently, to them, they are NOT a UK Motor Ombudsman ( TMO ) Credited Agent thus make sure to read the small prints and do NOT fall for their pushy sales agents either! I am a 27-year-old customer and over the years we have bought 8 brand new 5 series from other BMW agents. I regret buying our current car from BMW ParkLane. Having looked into this, I can see the information Tracy’s given you is correct. Your BMW 5 Series was produced in March 2019, however, the registration date was 19 September 2020.
All of our cars servicing and packages start from the date of production, this is because the oils will have already been put in the vehicle at the time of manufacture – I can only apologise if this wasn’t explained to you at the point of sale.

I recently had my 4 series serviced at Bmw Battersea branch, Josh Rand was very helpful. Due to low traffic because of school holidays I arrived quite early, even before they were due to open however they still accommodated me.
They also gave the car a quick wash which I didn't expect! Thank you

Absolutely shocking after sales service (following not the smoothest of purchases either!) Discovered paint blemishes, reported it, got nowhere treated with contempt. Not what I would expect from a main dealer. Ive now given them two options and its in their hands. I will pursue this legally if I have to which ultimately will costs them. Shame really that i have to put in the public domain my frustration over a relaltively simple issue to solve (thats assuming they gave a damn!) Updates will follow.
