Fantastic service
Fantastic service! I am very impressed! My order was sent the day of the purchase and it arrived on the next day excellently packed and secured, as it was a glassware and very fragile. I would highly recommend the shop!

Item wasn’t quite as appeared in the picture. The rim colour extended much further down the bowl and was far more pronounced. Preferred the subtle shade on the website.

Delivery the problem not ordering items
Ordering items, easy & quickly able to use online ordering.
Very quickly given details for delivery.
Excellent customer service & quick reply to emails.
Unfortunately let down by DPD, order undelivered & returned to seller. This is the third time packages undelivered by one driver, other drivers don’t have a problem.
My order refunded, not the outcome I wanted but couldn’t get any response from DPD at customer service or depot. Sorry, DPD are affecting sales from the company. Driver requires re training or a route he doesn’t need to think about !!!!
