Amazing customer service. One of the items I ordered wasn’t in stock & they chose the replacement for me with something similar instead. They rang to let me know & where so helpful. Great shop, and amazing customer service
Great shop, beautiful furniture and amazing customer service. There was a slight issue with one of the items I ordered (absolutely no fault of the owners, just a particularly rough delivery man), but James and Jen took it upon themselves to sort that out, really going the extra mile. Thank you so, so much - I'm already in love with my new sideboard!
