I would like to say I was very satisfied with the service received from Andrew Lambert he was the one who called me back and was extremely helpful with getting me sorted.
However trying to get to that point was exhausting with waiting times trying to get through on the 1800 number and I had also emailed 3 times with no reply other that the AI generated reply we are all use to by now.
So I would recommend spending more attention to your customer service side the 1st point of call.

Hi . I would like to thank Andrew for all his help this morning. Very easy to understand and explained everything easly.

Just signed up to a new contract with BOIPA - Great advice and direction from Kealan Power- informative but not pushy. Just hoping that our install before Christmas is a s efficient and professional. We ahave dealt with BOIPA for a number of years now and in fairness the after hours service and calls have been very helpful & responsive.

Kealen was easy to deal with explained everything very well and the transaction was easy and very quick

We have been with Boi for 10 years and have have good service, however rates have increase a lot recently and when i contacted the team i got good support and Kalebh Grocock sorted everything

All very efficient and Keelan answered issues quickly and process was perfect.

Avoid if you need any assistance. I have been trying to change my bank details and STAY with this provider. Even if you are lucky enough to get in contact with a service agent (10 phone calls). They will still refer you to an online bot service. After multiple attempts on different devices, which return an error every time. I think it will be easier to get a new provider for my new account. From reading other reviews it will be impossible to close account so it will probably be easier to close bank account connected to device. This is very frustrating when you are in business providing a service to the public and the services that back you up are not reliable. Can I not just fill in a form and email it. The same as when they were happy to take my business the first day.

Rang to get terminals changed on Monday. Was put in contact with Kealan Power he set me up with new contract and two new terminals arrived 3 days later. Overall good experience.

I had contacted BOI payment acceptance a few times to resolve a problem, but to no avail, until I met Andrew. He had the issue resolved within an hour. He is highly competent, efficient, knowledgeable and so refreshing to deal with someone so capable and professional.
