Still waiting for my order or refund since MARCH 2024!!!!!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! despite being in touch more times than I can count I have not recieved one reply!!!!

I ordered buy 1 get 1 free offer and sent £30 last June 2024, never received product or refund. Totally disgusting not to even get in touch. Total SCAM!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE X

June must've been bad month as like another customer I never received my order and having sent numerous emails still no order or refund not happy at all

Placed an order back in June. Never delivered. I've sent countless emails asking for updates or refund and nobody ever answered!
Don't bother, never seen a company more unprofessional.

Placed an order in May, it’s now October still not receive, no updates or refund processed!

Was all going very well until I couldn’t buy it no more from anywhere, what’s going on. I’m half way through my achievement and I can’t continue. Help boombod!!

I placed an order on the 11/6/24 and despite numerous emails (and its a lot) I still havnt received my order or a refund.
Customer service is rubbish! I did have a Jessica finally offer me a full refund because the item was out of stock and I replied saying that I do want a refund.
Nothing else heard and yet more emails sent by me to which no response again!! And its the 19/8/24 now!

I could honestly give it zero stars. The customer service is absolutely appalling. I have been trying to get in contact since the 5th of July for a refund since my item was out of stock, I have emailed eight times and had one reply confirming the item was out of stock. Since then I have been ignored numerous times and I am disgusted that it’s this hard to get your money back from an item I haven’t received.

Follow up from my previous reviews. I finally had an email back from Boombod this morning from weeks upon weeks of emails asking them for an update on my order that I placed well over a month ago. No explanation just a “sorry for the delay, we have now processed your refund” … shocked by the poor customer service!!

I ordered on the 9th June. Understand there was an issue and wasn’t being dispatched until 5th July. Still haven’t received goods! Numerous emails sent with no reply. Absolutely disgusting service

Put order in 1st June, was told out of stock delivery will be 5th July . Still waiting, no replies to emails. Customer service's is a joke. Either refund or deliver.

Placed an order 17.6.24 still not received as of today. No communication from them at all. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY

Ordered products over a month ago and nothing arrived. I did however hound them with many emails every day over the course of the last week and I have been refunded this morning. If you are owed money by them keep resending your email to them over and over it worked for me.

i would also be care full sending money to this company as it looks like it has gone out off business as most off the products have suddenly all sold out on there website and as customer feedback are saying out off date products so not exactly flying off the shelf remember losing weight is best done by a controlled calorie and exercise it is the best way forward

Placed an order nearly 4 weeks ago,sent 3 emails chasing it-no reply.Contacted them via instagram-nothing.filled out their website’contact us’ form-nothing.final email asking for a refund,absolutely nothing.I’ve used them before-fantastic service so don’t know what’s gone on other than out of pocket & not sure what to do now about getting money back

Placed an order in April, same as other reviews not had goods, ignoring emails, and when they do send an email saying 1 to 3 days reply, still nothing. Don’t send them money you won’t get the goods and I’ve now got to fight the back for my money back £78. Scam company.

Really awful experience. Boombod took my order (£123) 8 weeks ago - Order confirmation email - No product delivered, no further tracking updates. No response or updates to my messages requesting reply from customer services (via website or app) despite automated message saying they’ll reply in 1-3 working days. ** No other way of contacting Boombod. ** I’ve lost no weight but over £120 and gained lots of stress!

It seems this is happening too many people. Taking our money and not posting the items!! Disgusting company. This is now just robbery. If you’re not going to post them. Please refund me!!! This is diabolical.

Waiting 2 weeks now. No response to my emails, Facebook or messenger. Took my money though!! Disgusting service. Reporting to Ombudsman. This company is a scam.
