Love this product! As long as I am consistent I loss weight! I lost a few pounds in just one week, and felt less bloated and looked it too! The best flavor I would have to say is the lime one!

I’ve used Boombod for a few years now to aid my diet and suppress my appetite.
All flavours are good but blackcurrant is my favourite.
They stop me feeling hungry so I’ve stopped snacking in between meals and am not craving sugary treats. I’ve lost weight and feel more energised, win win!

My experience with this product is amazing. I was going through depression and many other things. I wasn't very happy with my self image and just drinking this made me achieve my goal to lose weight feel better about myself. I weighed 235 and dropped to 218 I been maintaining for 2 years same weight. Now I'm back in my weight loss journey and know I can achieve great result once more thank you for helping me in my journey.

What made the experiment great that it filled you up through out the day just from having 3 drinks a and day morning one helped to build you up for for the morning afternoon was extra helpful so you didn't have to think about having that naughty cake that you crave for and and night was even better for you to sleep

Loved this product, I tried the blackcurrant flavour and it really helped kick start my weight loss journey. May need to purchase another flavour after indulging this Easter. Highly recommend

Great product. Not overly sweet like some. It helps to curb sweet cravings aswell as my appetite, I found I snacked much less when taking boombod before meals. I definitely felt the benefit of the added vitamins.

I originally ordered a box of each flavour as I wasn't sure which were the nicest. Unfortunately they didn't have orange in stock but to compensate they sent me a additional box of a flavour of my choice, which was a bonus! I'm a person that's always hungry and as I've gotten older I have gained weight due to still having the same apatite. I brought these, but I was skeptical, but to be honest, when taken as advised, it really did fill me up. Quite impressed really, I would recommend them as I'm down half a stone in weight with using these, it's going slowly but I'm getting there.

Lemon Lime is my fav flavor, I've lost 5 lbs in the first week already, 100% recommend!

I love Boombod! The shots are tasty and easy and fun to take! I definitely feel a difference when taking them! I don't feel bloated, I feel lighter while taking and I can really see a difference when I use these during my weight loss journey! I have used boombod before and liked it so went back to using it, it really helps with the snacking and overeating at meal times, helps me with the bloating, it's easy to remember as it's in morning afternoon and evening packages, I have tried all the flavours but I prefer the blackcurrant and cherry black box for men, they taste nice and are easy to drink.

I would also give the support and customer services team a mention, they have always replied to my mails, and very helpful. 8
