Complete waste of time and money

They promised the timely delivery of a working website in six weeks. In reality it took them over a year and even once I approved it, they still couldn’t launch it for almost 2 months because of some sort of internal technical difficulties they were having. It took them forever to turn around my comments and they repeatedly made the same mistakes or failed completely to give affect to my requests. By the time I got the revisions back I had to go back and re-familiarize myself with everything to remember where we left it. It’s very expensive for subpar service. Their money back guarantee is not worth the paper it’s written on. Best to avoid this company

Boostly's customer support is knowledgeable and quick to respond. They routed my question to their developers right away. Turns out I had configured it wrong in my property management system. The developer sent me a 1 min video that showed me exactly what I had to do to fix it. Great job!

The boostly team are magnificent

The boostly team are magnificent. I had several issues with my website; not being able to access my site, booking engine not connected to my site, as well as slow page loading. I submitted separate trouble tickets as these issues were discovered at separate times. As a result I was working with two different points of contacts. But I couldn’t tell the difference. Both representatives communication, support, thoroughness were similarly fantastic and consistent which you rarely find with support teams. They were able to resolve my issues in a sufficient time span, provide frequent updates, and also provided “how-to” links to assist me in managing the backend of my website.

You don’t feel like you are all alone with managing your website with a competent team like them!

Technical support

Rosanna and the team at Boostly are always super responsive and helpful. I can rely on them to respond within an acceptable time frame to any issues I may have with my Boostly website. It is also super helpful that either direct me to areas in which I can 'do it myself' and they are also on hand to enhance anything that I feel may not look too good, that they may do a better job on.
