Essential Information for newcomer

Thank you Boostly for providing us with a week's worth of content. I am honestly a little overwhelmed about the whole idea of moving from OTA over direct booking but listening to all the tools and strategies helped ease some stress away. I am a proud member of the Boostly team and I can't wait to start getting at least 70% occupancy on my property. I will use the AI tools that I learned from Clive to run my business. The power of AI is here and I am glad Clive gave us a brief oversight on it.

I am happy with Boostly for the moment with what I saw and the service. Now I have to do the homework. Comparing with other side. Creating Content and ask my PMS provider for payment and check in possibilities and procedure.

Continued issues with “upgraded website” I’m continually feeling like my investment is costing me more money and making me less. We are a pet friendly place. When someone books and checks they have pets zero availability shows when every room we have is available. How many bookings did I lose? And how long was this going on?

Whenever a website goes live, we go through what we call the “snagging phase.” Just like with a new build, there are always small things to fine-tune—whether it’s fixing a dishwasher or touching up chipped paint. Even though every website is quality-checked to the highest standard, occasional issues still pop up. The difference with us? We jump in and fix them right away.

Monthly payment increase for a website that doesn't work

Since increasing my monthly dues by more than 50%, I've encountered more and more website issues. Right now, no one can book on my direct booking website, pictures aren't loading, and it just looks messy. There has to be a cleaner process for pushing updates through on Boostly's end. I'm developing a major case of buyer's remorse.

It took 5 months for my website to be…

It took 5 months for my website to be created. After multiple attempts at getting all of the errors they made fixed, I finally had them publish the site and paid someone else to fix the errors.
I've been fighting with them for the past 5 months to repair the automation for my listings to update as they're supposed to. I'm finally done fighting with them and have cancelled the site.
The founder is a great guy with big vision. But using inexperienced VAs to create websites is a big fail.

When you raise expectations it's important to over deliver!

It's been 9 weeks since I paid, what is a lot for a website, but it's the bigging up of the bells and whistles that come with it that seems to make it make sense.
In the last 9 weeks I spoke to Nadine about onboarding and completed as much of the information requested as I could. Then it was handed over to the project team to build. Very little contact and no questions or direction requested from me. Then yesterday I got to see the first cut of the website and it was crap, no significant difference to the free one I have with my PMS. Very disappointed. Still paying £97 per month too. Not a great experience so far, expectations were raised and has fallen short. Let's hope they turn it around!
