The appointment making was easy and the audiologist was on time, very pleasant and helpful.
The follow up support appointment will hopefully be the opportunity to discuss any teething problems.So far, so good.

Appointment was on time and assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and took time to explain everything with no pressure to buy.

Depth of knowledge of the hearing professional providing advice assisted by the fact that she is a hearing aid wearer so understands customer needs

My initial experiences were on 20th, 23rd and 26th April.
On each occasion my hearing aid audiologist, Caragh, welcomed me in a friendly manner and dealt with me, throughout, in a reassuring, calm and professional way.
All my questions were answered and, in less than a week, I was provided with a pair of aids and received all the advice and encouragement I could have wanted. I have a few questions to pose at my next appointment but in the meantime the transformation in my ability to hear clearly was instant and transformational.

A great job was done. I got wax removed and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was able to trial hearing aids for half an hour, which was useful. I’m glad of the 90 day trial so that I am sure they are everything I’m hoping. The interest free option made it possible for me to choose the ones that suited my requirements.

I made the appointment online with ease. Caragh the specialist called me in on time. The whole experience was smooth, plus I was spoken to with clarity explaining what was going to happen, I had some wax in the one ear while being examined and was asked to apply oil for a week. On my return the wax was removed with a suction tool that took about 10 seconds, painless and I thought safer than ear syringing with no mess. I am waiting for my hearing aids that I know are going to work as I was fitted with temporary ones and went for a coffee to see how I got on with them. I didn't realise what conversations I had been missing and could hear the birds singing again.. Am I glad I went to Boots? Yes I am. Great work thank you for giving me back the sounds I have forgotten where there.

I would like to compliment ‘Leanne’ the hearing care lady in the Abergavenny Boots store. I have been made to feel completely at ease and even though appointments were running a bit late, she was calm, took the time required for my appointment and is professional and nice.
