Wonderful would have spent the day there
The staff and the expert that I had ( Paul) all where very professional and knowledgeable, as well as that they were friendly with a lovely big welcome

Positive experience, care taken
Audiologist made my elderly mother feel at ease whilst getting her hearing tested and took time to explain every step of the process thoroughly.

Hearing aid keeps cutting out
Hearing aid keeps cutting out, had to hand in and go without for 3 weeks, not very happy about this as I was told I would get a replacement at my next appointment & therefore would not need to do without.
