My mum saw Brooke initially for a hearing health check has she had some concerns her hearing had deteriorated. From walking in Brooke instantly made her feel at ease.
The test indicated that she had some hearing loss and we booked her in for a full hearing test, mum was nervous about the thought of having to wear ear aids but Brooke explained everything in a kind, professional way that mum understood.
She collected her hearing aids where again Brooke had patience and understanding in something that was a big deal to mum.
Brooke is a credit to Boots she has gone above and beyond to make sure mum understood everything and left feeling confident with her hearing aids. We will definitely be recommending Brooke to family and friends.
