Vanessa Burrows provided an excellent service when I went to Boots in Brentwood for a hearing check. Very informative and professional. Explained things thoroughly.

Had my yearly review with Vanessa last month and was fitted with new hearing tech. A revisit was made a couple of weeks later to fine tune the set which made a wonderful improvement. I can only heap positive praise on the staff at Boots, especially Vanessa who always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. She listens, explains and ensures a smooth trouble free experience...thank you very much...!!!

Initially had a bad experience with Boots hearing care with cancelled appointments and a very rude audiologist at the Romford Branch. I then gave them 1 final shot as my ENT needed me to get impressions for molded swim plugs. I was given an appointment at Brentwood branch where I met Vanessa. She was incredible!! She was friendly and bubbly and whilst maintaining uppermost professionalism with her craft she was jovial and had quite a good laugh which all led to a great experience. She completely knew her craft and every step was faultless. She explained everything and gave reassurance. I would highly recommend for anyone needing impressions, especially if they had the same start as I did, to go to Brentwood and look out for this lady.

Excellent service. From the first hearing test through to the follow up sessions I have been guided through getting the right hearing aid and set up for me. They have transformed my audio world, they have made a huge difference to how I interact with it. My Audiologist (I'll cell her "V") is amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I had my second appointment with Vanessa. I cannot say enough about the high level of care I received. It is a little tough admitting you are becoming hard of hearing, so it makes such a difference when the person that looks after you really cares about your outcome.
Vanessa was just perfect.

I bought top of the range hearing aids from Boots because I was told there would be excellent after care and that if I needed help I would see someone easily. I requested to see someone as I had a problem in November 2024 and was given an appointment for the 11th December, this was cancelled and remade for the 7th January 2025, this was also cancelled and remade for the 21st January. Do not use Boots go elesewhere as their aftercare is non existent. I feel very disappointed and wasted my money

Vanessa was extremely helpful throughout the process.
My only criticism is that she chose the most expensive model to demonstrate how an aid improves hearing.

I was really nervous about the appointment and the whole thing about getting a hearing aid but I need not have worried. Vanessa at the Brentwood branch was fantastic and put me at ease. Such helpful and informative service.

Very nice lady so straight forward easy to listen to and put me on feeling good she just told me everything and I’m still be going to get help from her and I feel happy that I know I can get help when I need it

Vanessa was so helpful and sorted out the right hearing aid for my husband. She was very patient with him as his hearing is terrible. He also has trouble processing some questions after having multiple mini strokes

The audiologist that I have seen is brilliant. She listens to my concerns, especially when I had some allergy issues with my first pair of hearing aids and battery issues with another. I'm waiting for a replacement pair at the moment but on each visit, Vanessa has sorted out those problems with little fuss. Nothing seems too much trouble. Would recommend her services in a heartbeat.

Vanessa was excellent in explaining all to me …although it was a lot to absorb! Trialing the hearing sids for 20 minutes on the day was a real discovery for me …and sold them to me as my need is currently borderline. Vanessa is a real asset to Boots!
